Old phone purchased as a replacement for a family member
I took pcs of all the information and received the same phone that I thought we needed but it didn't work.Have to but another phone after calling the tech but not much different than the phone I originally purchased.

Usually love Uniden but these stopped working after less than a year...I can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me. They stay charged for a long time while off the charger but doesn't do any good if you can't communicate.
