KICKER 10-inch (25cm) Square Subwoofer Grille for 11S10L7,LED, Charcoal

First off I’m using this on my bad boy MTXaudio subs. I wasn’t sure if it was going to work but it fits like it was meant to be. The only thing is the kicker logo in front on my MTX system but it’s all good I love Kicker too. Anyways, to keep it simple, you can select the color you want (red, green or blue) and connect it to 12VDC. If you need to change the color you will need to swap the color you chose for another on 12VDC. I know, sounds silly! That’s why I ordered a Bluetooth RGB controller so I can connect all the wires and select the color from the app! Because I’m a neat freak, the RGB wires from the grille ran inside the subs enclosure and I ordered a 4 pin surface mount connector to connect it on the subs terminal mounting surface that has room for the subs terminal and the 4 pin connector (your sub enclosure might be different). This allow me to use it as a quick disconnect when I have to remove the subs from the trunk. Best part is it will look factory! Once I’m done I’ll upload the final pics!

So there are no directions at all for wiring this. I researched on Google. There are four colored wires red blue green black. I found one review that said to wire 12vdc what color you want if you don't buy the controller sold separately. So I have to guess the black is ground and then hot would be either red blue or green depending on what color I want. That could also be vice-versa on polarity. I really like this grill and need it to protect my L7 , it's chrome looks good. I am passed off they dropped the ball on the controller and wiring instructions. Life is not supposed to be this difficult. Sorry no photos as I can't get my freaking phone to do what I want.

It is NOT metal but plastic. The directions are non existent and you need an add on to use the lights
