The mug that went around the world. I took this mug with me on deployment, and used It daily for 6 months. It held up to being dropped, bumped and banged around a ship. The handle held up well, and was angled just right for handing it on shelves as well. My only complain was that the lid wasn't spill-proof. If it tips over it will leak.Great product!

Not a good cup for keeping hot drinks hot. It's ok at keeping cold drinks cold so it's not a total loss, but I ended up buying another double wall stainless cup for my hot drinks. I would not recommend this product.

The ítem is good looking but NOT spill proof. The insulating capabilities are rather short about 30 mins for Cold and a little longer for Hot líquids.

It's a good mug buy I dislike a couple things. One- even if you close the drink hole it leaks when you turn the mug sideways or upside-down, so don't expect to have a sealed container and it's not meant to be put inside a bag or back pack. Two- the handle is too close to the mug which make it a little uncomfortable to hold from the handle, and I have average size hands. Other than that I love the look of it and it will get the job done for me.

This tumbler was delivered on time and was as described. It's a beautiful, streamlined mug that is the right size for a woman's hand. And the fact that it has a handle is a bonus! It is sturdy and well-made. My only disappointment was that since it was stainless steel and double-walled, I expected that it would keep ice cubes from melting as quickly as in regular glasses. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. So far I've only used it for ice water, so I can't speak to its ability to keep hot drinks hot.Other than that, it is a very nice mug and would probably be better for coffee than iced drinks.

I bought one of these almost 7 years ago-and as time went by the partial plastic handle got chips on it and made it look old-but the thermos is solidly made and holds hot and cold for a long time. So when I saw this on Amazon-I knew it was a no brainer to buy another one! The stainless steal inner and outer core stays new and resists scratches.

I am sorry to say that my experience with this cup was terrible. First of all it is NOT stainless steel interior. Only the outside is stainless and the inside is made of ALUMINUM. Yuck! I am not sure why they couldnt have made the entire thing Stainless... Also, the lid is FAR from spill/leak proof. Even when the lid is sealed, if you tilt the cup, there is enough flow to drink from the cup and get burned... I got burned the first time I used it when I tried giving the cup a shake to mix the cofffee and its spilled out everywhere. This is especially important because the cup is tall and narrow and its hard to get a spoon long enough to mix the sugar at the bottom of the cup. The seller tried replacing the cup but the second cup had the same problem, and then I realized that the interior was not Stainless steel.Also the handle is made of plastic and I have doubts about how long it will stay on before cracking off. I am not sure if it is affixed with glue or what but it doesnt look very sturdy to me.

Exactly the item I needed. The right size, fits nicely in my hand, keeps my coffee hot for hours, fits perfectly into the space on my file cab at work. Love that it will not break. Bonus works for right or left handed persons. Came the next day! No complaints at all
