All Natural Beef Jerky - Sea Salt Original - 2.7 Ounces Each (Pack of 4)

Good product/taste, great ingredients, but you pay for it.

This would've been better labeled as some sort of sweet jerky like Teriyaki. Tastes nothing like sea salt which was what I was expecting and wanting when I bought it. Texture is OK but it's not great.

Unfortunately, this batch of jerky had some issues. Several bags tasted strange. And one bag was completely molded inside.

This product reminded me to check the ingredients before I take something home. I'd seen some good reviews of Krave online and I love beef jerky and sea salt, so I bought a bag as an impulse purchase at the grocery store. Unfortunately, the second ingredient in this product is cane sugar and it is WAY too sweet. Honey also appears on the ingredient list before sea salt. In fact, I really didn't taste the salt component of this product at all.If I wanted a sweet snack, I wouldn't have picked up beef jerky. Krave has an interesting texture compared to other jerky (much softer and more tender), so I might have liked it if an ounce didn't contain 10 grams of sugar. If it wasn't for the good texture, it would have been a one star product for me. I may try another variety, but you can bet I'll be reading more carefully.

It tastes ok, kinda bland, not too salty, more sweet. But here is whats alarming, the 1st ingredient lists beef, 2nd sugar...it has the consistency and texture of a gummy candy...too soft and chewy...not necessarily moist, but chewy. If this is beef, it must have been reconstituted into some type of sugar meat paste or its some kind of genetically modified abomination. Several pieces looked like they had seams and flats edges, like the corner of a baked brownie. The top or bottom parts looked like fake grill marks. At any rate, whatever they are using, it didnt look like real meat. package says minimally processed and All-natural* yes, with an asterisk. Its also expensive and the portion size is small. I will avoid this stuff in the future.

Jerky was dry. Disappointed.

This is the sweetest beef jerky I have ever tasted.... and I mean that in the worst way. Where is the salt? It has more sugar than protein per serving. I admit, I should have read the nutritional facts before purchasing. Still..."Sea Salt" is a poorly chosen name for this candied beef jerky.
