LG HBS-910 Tone Infinim Bluetooth Stereo Headset (Renewed) (Silver)

I bought these for my wife a few weeks ago to replace her old LG 710 headset I think. I didn't even tell her they were refurbished until a day or two later. She says they have incredible sound an loves them immensely. She was shocked when I showed her they were refurbished.

This review is for the LG HBS-910 Tone Infinim Bluetooth Stereo Headset - Silver (Certified Refurbished)So far so good. I got them for a friend. She listens to them everyday. They sound great. They are light and easy to use. These were delivered in a box inside bubble wrap bag. They came with a micro USB charging cable, to sets of extra ear bud replacement rubbers (one set small, one set large) and the instructions. The volume works well as do all of the other buttons and switches. The sound is equal out of both ears buds, no differences with one being lower than the other. They both retract well when the retract button is pushed. They were clean and no blemishes were visible to my knowledge. Some people were complaining of getting dirty or damaged products or the sound wasn't the same in both ears or some switches stopped working, etc. But in my case, these look brand new. I know they are refurbished but so far, they are working like they are supposed to. If something changes I will update....but these (the ones I got) deserve 5 stars.

I bought this bluetooth because it seemed like it would be a good higher level model. Harmon/Kardon sound, you would think, would make for excellent quality audio. Wrong on all accounts. The sound isn't any better than any other bluetooth I have ever owned. That covers it for the sound quality, when it works. As for the operational deficiencies, the bluetooth will regularly just stop working. It shows to be connected, however I will just lose the receive and transmit audio. Regularly it does not recognize any commands other than call one of my contacts. Even the call function doesn't get the correct contact 60% of the time. Also, the range on the bluetooth is very poor compared to lower LG models. It only stays connected within 15ft of the phone. Overall I would say this was a very poor product and I am very disappointed. If it wasn't for being out of the 90 day return window, I would demand my money back although these problems were there from day one.

I love, love, LOVE this headset. I've tried so many others and finally decided to go with the one my hubby loved.Sound quality is phenomenal. They're so lightweight I forget I'm wearing them! These are the ONLY set of earbuds I have ever had that stayed in my ears. The retractable wires are a huge convenience because I have to wear a lanyard at work AND have long hair. No more tangling! So easy to pair and use.BUT... The missing star... 10 months in... They began to come apart at the seams joining the front part to the neckband. I saw a video that showed how to super glue but that lasted all of one day (as I expected). I love them so much I have electrical tape tightly wrapped around the seams.If LG comes out with a set that is a single piece, I'll jump on them.

I bought these because I didn't want to spend a ton of money on something that I might not like. I've never worn a Bluetooth headset before and was a little bit skeptical about buying something refurbished but I went for it anyway and I'm glad I did. The sound is amazing on these and so is the call quality. Even when it is tucked inside of my sweatshirt I can still be heard by the person I'm talking to. These are super simple to connect to your phone and the battery seems like it lasts forever. I can talk on my phone throughout the day and also have music playing while I work and the battery is still at 60% or more. Plus I really like the retractable feature. I wear these every day and almost forget that I have them on. Since I got them I've already got 3 guys that I work with to get the same ones and they have not had one complaint.

The right side earphone doesn't retract all the way, but for the price I paid, I really can't complain. They work and sound great! With how often I break my bluetooth headphones, I try to spend as little as possible for the best price possible. These are perfect!Update (5/3/17): So this set finally stopped working. After almost 5 months, people can no longer hear me talking. The speakers still work ok, but the microphone is gone. This is still better than buying new at over $100 which lasted less than 9 months. I'll stick to buying refurbished headphones every 4 to 5 months for under $50 rather than buy brand new.

High quality. Love this product. Great sound, good range, long battery life. Customization through the app. The app works best on Android but can use Bluetooth on android or I phone.

I have had this headset for about 6 months and people have a hard time hearing me when I am on a call. Also, it has physically broken after only 6 months of use ... I would have expected to get at least 1-2 years out of it. The manufacturers warranty does not cover physical damage, so I now have to buy a new headset. This is not meant to be a short term, disposable item - so I would not purchase it again, as it is destined to be so.
