Great TV

Really frustrating experience. Product shipped from and arrived in UAE but they sent it with an unusable USA power cord. I can’t use the TV!! Extremely frustrating.

Arrived on time and same model in good shape

I am not expert... its big auto contrast fails from time to time, does note cope well with direct sun, not as good as my 10y old plasma TV. Althoug TV has some fitures allowing to reduce sopeopera effect its gets tricky.Automatic sound adjustment don't work as good for me as I hoped-for but it works. By all means it has far more superior picure quality vs my old plasma so it was no disappointment it that matter. As smart TV on android woks ok but more open to external app ui its something I would wish for...I had to factory rest it after few months of use, it was not recognising the amazo stic, but now it does. ( it has dedicated app and netflix, amazon dedicated remote contrall buttons as well as smart remote controller with voice control)I still think it's decent product and some things like Samsung tv and some chanells are adding to that value. Sound itself and way its spread it's very good too, to make it perfect it miss only some gentle subwoofer.

Ignore the bad reviews. I received my TV this week and can confirm it is a VA panel for all UK models no matter the size. In America it is an IPS panel. The problem is Samsung and all retail sellers even in the UK use the box standard adverts and info which is all us based.It was very hard for me to confirm the label type until I got the TV. And I'm happy to note again it is a VA PANEL and looks stunning! Amazing blacks and amazing for gaming. Black levels are just behind oled but nothing will ever be as black as oled but the black levels on this TV are still great! And the picture and colour quality is amazing aswell.Gaming wise it's perfect and does 120htz and my xbox series x looks epic in it. Also the multi screen feature is really good too. I can play xbox and watch TV at the same time now.I would highly recommend this TV at this price, because it is selling for £1400 everywhere else and it won't be. £999 for long!

Picture quality is great, in the uk it is a direct full array so it keeps an even colour all the way to the edge unlike edge lit. Movies look great on it and it swaps to film mode automatically which gets the best out of the films, it also recognises consoles and puts them into game mode. Please note only one hdmi is cable of playing series x/ps 5 at 120 fps at 4k, which i was aware of at purchase but others may not be. Finally the 2 issues i do have is that firstly the app store is lacking a few apps i used on my old tv, second when hooked up to an external speaker the equaliser is disabled. Although if you don't use a sound bar currently, you will find the built in speakers much better then alot of the other tvs.

Have now had for 6 months and am delighted with picture, sound and ease of use range of apps not a techie but was easy to set up adjusted colour to my taste so many options to fine tune is brilliant even the game shows like the chase with very heavy colour saturation was able to get right. Also like as I have Virgin that it set up app on smart menu so it can all be done from TV remote. Well worth having ethernet cable connected rather than relying on WiFi sound is so good that I no longer use sound bar on this TV

Wanted a new TV, usually get one every 2 years and saw this one in the local well know electrical and pc supplier shop.....but wanted to get some additional reviews on it and also better price.Reviews were excellent and so went onto Amazon and the price was £300 cheaper for the exact same thing. Zero hesitation in clicking buy now.120hz HDR 4K gaming is absolutely amazing and everything else on it is Bob on what I wanted. 2 remotes, regular and one you can tell Alexa to change channels if you can’t be bothered to press a button.Well done Samsung, very happy with my purchase.And well done Amazon, delivery and service of delivery was fast and very well communicated.
