Water Pan Cover, Smoker Accessory Compatible with WSM 22/22.5" Smoker

Fit the factory sized water bowl perfectly, not too loose, not too tight. Clean up was a breeze since I wrapped the pan with foil ((standard thin foil, not the heavy duty foil) before the cook. Pan feels very sturdy and is much deeper than the pizza pans I had been looking at before ordering this pan.

This water bowl cover makes cleanup after a long day of smoking much easier than before. The cover stops drippings from getting to the water bowl making it easier to clean. I cover the dish with heavy duty foil and throw it away after use making cover cleanup easy as well! It doesn’t impact the cooking temp or meat at all. Great product!

Cover it with foil and easy to clean. Whether you put water in the bowl or not it makes cleanup easier. Little expensive for a pizza pan but fits my smoker perfect so it was worth it.

The 22" cover works great for keeping fat/drippings out of the water pan of the smoker. I line it with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. The metal is heavy gauge, so I expect it to last a long time. The only negative is that the 22" fits snugly inside the water pan, which means you need a flat head screwdriver or the metal scraper of a grill brush to pry the drip tray back out of the water pan. Not a terribly bit issue though. I just also have one for my 18.5" WSM and the lip of this drip tray sits just above the water pan so it's easily removed. But I DEFINITELY prefer using this drip tray to cleaning up the water pan after it's mixed with fat/drippings. One of the most disgusting tasks I ever had was cleaning my water pan after the smoker sat for 2 weeks after smoking 6 racks of ribs with all that pork fat mixed in with the water, sitting in the sun, day after day, for 2 weeks. These drip trays are exactly what I needed.

This water pan cover was a great buy for my WSM 22". I have 3 pizza stones in the water bowl with the pan cover closing the top over the stones. I put foil on the cover, and found clean up way easier than if I did not use this. Highly recommend!!

Good product to avoid a greasy mess to clean up after a smoke. I made. Amistake of not wrapping it with aluminum foil so it got pretty messy. Going to buy another one because it wasn't expensive to begin with.

Heavy duty, fits perfect. I also got some ceramic briquets to put in the water pan to use as a heat sink to maintain temp.6lbs seems to be about right w/o bending water pan tabs. as others have said, double cover pan lid and quick clean up.

The WSM 22.5 drip pan diameter is 19 inches. This is 18.5. So if your goal is to completely eliminate grease from accumulating in the drip pan this won't do it. Also there are 19 inch pizza pans availalbe on Amazon for less than this product. I suspect if you use a 19 inch pizza pan the bottom rack might rest on that pan rathre than the inside brackets. Three stars because it is heavy duty.
