Pretty ok guitar
Guitar is very nice looking. Actually came with mother of pearl inlay. Had a few problems though.Pickup switch shipped/arrived broken and soldering were bad on output jacks. After some maintenance its a wonderful cheap guitar.

Another great guitar from Dean
Dean Shire - excellent quality, great sound, very versatile. Underrated guitars from Dean. As good as or better than other famous manufacturers in this price range. My third Dean instrument purchased new this year, never disappointed. Pickups sound similar to Gibson 490's with higher output.Neck is slim and comfortable. Fit and finish is really top notch for this price point.

Disappointed
I guess maybe I received a lemon on this one. The pick ups have never worked right from day one. I had someone look at it and his comment was that the soldering looked like it was done by a child. It comes with a piezo, and it seems to work, but the main pick ups do not. I had it in shop and they kept it over 2 months, which put me over the limit for returning it, or else I surely would have. So now I'm stuck with having to pay to rip the guts of it completely out, and start again with new pickups and wiring. Pretty disappointed.
