Outstanding pedals - but select a suitable colour...
The pedals themselves, are the best I've used, to reduce painful shin-shredding on off-road trails... I still have the scars on my left leg from the previous metal-peg pedals I used for years. My first ride in the woods with these resulted in a typical pedal kick-back to my poor abused & bruised, left leg... but... did not cut the skin, so I'm already in love with these. Good grip, but not tried in the muck yet. I got the cheaper camo pattern, but now regret it, as they are, rather bright. If I bought again, I'd pay the extra for a more subdued appearance, if I'm being honest. Also, forget the replacement grips, they cost almost as much as a new pedal-set.

Not used them yet but seem to have good durability and grip.Value for money and looks great.

Grippy and comfortable
Decent grip - not as much as pins, but much more comfortable underfoot. The large platform spreads the load well and allows for plenty of variation of foot position. Ideal pedals for an everyday/commuting bike.

These really work with my slipnot specialized shoe tread
I was skeptical and worried about the price. I needn't have been re either. These are outstanding at providing grip. They also have BS reflectors (hard to find if you worry about that ridiculous British rule). I'm keeping them...

Quite heavy
Thought they would provide a lot of grip. They do, but only in the dry. When wet they are very slippery. They are also noticeably heavier.

SUPER GRIPPY
Combined with five tens they are super grippy,i was out in the rain today and my feet never moved off the pedals. Some on here are saying they are slippy,dunno what shoes are slippy but the grip on the pedals was superb with the correct shoes.
