Q: I love my subjekt herphone petites. does anyone else using these have tiny ear canals and find that these work, stay in, and do not hurt?

Even the smallest buds provided are too large and not only hurt, but keep falling out because I can't get them into my ear canals properly.

Q: Does extended use in the sauna affect the BE6i's performance?

Q: Why can't i connect my earphones to my computer? i used it on another computer to try to test it but it ultimately didn't work.

Be sure to put the headphones in pairing mode, to do this make sure headphones are in the off state. Then hold down the function button until you see the power light flash Red/Blue. This means the unit is now in pair mode and you should now be able to scan the Bluetooth on your computer and they should appear to connect to your computer. Q: Bought these brand new and they light up blue as charged. Pressing the middle button is doing nothing. Are they broken or user error?

The button kinda sucks. I had to charge them for a while longer than the blue screen for it to work but it's fine now. I'd say give it a couple more hours and push the button in hard. Hold it in for about 10 seconds to make sure you get it good. But once again for me it was fine after I got it on for the same time. Same problem with vol/skip buttons as well.
