Nice
Recommend the dealer stop folding and taping the item up into a five inch square just to save on shipping. It crimps the drinking tube making it a pain in the a** to fix. (read several reviews complaining about this) Had to run a hair dryer over the tub for twenty minutes in order the heat and reshape it so water will flow through it.Ship it flat. In its original shape.Overall, this is a very nice product at a great price. Size, color, zippers, elastic cord and all straps met expectations. The pouches hold a full water bladder, poncho, binos, small first aid kit with a little room left for extra ammo. It'll be put to the test next weekend on a four day hunting trip. Will update review afterwards.

The valve is difficult to open with teeth or otherwise
I am awaiting a replacement. Another customer answered a question by saying "You would have to lightly pull on the mouth piece for it to unlock." This was not my experience. I pulled gently with my teeth in the correct direction and the baby bottle nipple material slid off the plastic retainer. I replaced it and pulled more forcefully. The valve would not open. I was able to open the valve by pulling the plastic nipple holder with my hand while pulling the opposite way on the tube. Then I tried using nearly enough force with my teeth to require a visit to the dentist and the valve would not budge, but the plastic nipple holder broke off.

A perfect size for day hike.
This backpack has been field tested ( a 3.5 hours hike ). It has enough room to carry extra things that you will need when the hike goes wrong. I love how the trekking poles fit perfectly on the sides of smaller pouch and they are fully secured by the bungee cord and nylon straps.Pros:- Compact size.- Comfortable. Even though the shoulder straps are not padded, but they are wide enough that didn't cause I any discomfort during the 3.5 hours hike.- Very good quality overall. Mine has one loose stitching by the waist buckle, but it seems to be holding on ok.Cons- The bladder has one major design flaw. The hose is threaded on to the bladder without a locking mechanism. I think it will be ok if you thread it on with a pair of pliers. Otherwise the connector might wiggle loose during a long hike. The material feels substandard...it could that I'm bias since I've been using Camelbak bladders for ages and it has never fail on me. Plus I don't know if it is BPA free or not.- The two clips for hanging the bladder is really hard to open, you have to press it very very hard to get a little opening. Luckily it's not a problem with Camelbak bladders. You can just slide the clips over Camelbak's bladder hanger without open the clips.I've been using mostly name brand backpacks like North Face, Black Diamond and Osprey. Those brands have better materials for weight reducing and styling, at a cost of course. This one is an excellent value for $30, despite the subpar bladder. I believe it is the same backpack as the G4Free one, which has a pretty good reviews. Please note, I didn't test the bladder because I have a few Camelbak bladders. Plus water is your life line when you're out there, you really should go with Camelbak bladder. This backpack fits Camelbak Omega 3L, Unbottled 70 and Cortez 3L.Bottom line, an excellent value for the backpack. You can't go wrong when pair it with a Camelbak bladder.

Colrs
The camo pattern has a lot of pink in it. I am currently thinking about coloring over the pink. Other than that they are great.

Excellent whether you're traveling/hiking/sightseeing.
I bought this bag in a hurry while I was traveling, expecting it to be a throwaway product. That was one year ago.The bladder and hose are not very special at all. I only used them until I could put my Camelbak 100mL Mil Spec Antidote Reservoir (the best hydro baldder) in.Honestly though, I really really like this bag. I've put some abuse on it, but it's still going strong. The only failure that I've had so far is in the actual internal pouch that holds your hydration bladder in place. The stitching and material for that pouch are both very weak, so that ripped after several uses with a 3L Camelbak bladder. However, all of the external material and stitching have been VERY solid. Despite loading this bag down over and over, the straps still look brand new. This is my favorite lightweight travel/hiking/tourist bag.

Excellent!!! Best small backpack on the market
I purchased this in October 2016 and have used it every single day since. It still looks brand new, even after heavy use. It is durable and well made. The stitching is thick and strong and has held up to repeated torture from city life. I have received numerous compliments as well. I bought this bag to commute with. It is the perfect size. Not a full size, bulky backpack but still has plenty of space to carry the necessities. I use it daily to carry a lunch box, tablet, winter hat, glasses case, hand sanitizer, and a few other odds and ends. The mesh pouch in front is perfect for holding a water bottle and umbrella too. The bungee straps on the front have come in handy when carrying an extra sweat shirt. It can be rolled and bungee strapped down with ease. Although I dont use the water bladder often it seems well made and is rather large. I did not notice any odd smells or tastes from the bladder. I would highly recommend this backpack and would absolutely buy another.

Nice Pack - Bladder Should Be Replaced
I purchased this pack for my daughter to use, and she really likes it. It has enough space for her to put her gloves, hat, first aid kit, some of her little trinkets and a snack and have enough water for most of the day. I like the pockets, zippers, and the stretch ties on the back. As some of the other reviewers indicated, you should take out the included hydration bladder and throw it away. There are many better options, and the bladder that is included with this pack is particularly cheap and tragic and should be replaced. The pack does what I purchased it for and seems quite durable. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it, and if you purchase it knowing the bladder is quite poor and get a decent one, you won't be disappointed.
