unhappy！really bad experience！the cream was out of the jar & spilling out in the box. Maybe it s not a new one. No seal！Find something yellow in the jar. Worst thing is Only Half jar cream！half empty！

I purchased this from Memebox, during one of their Black Friday sales. This can be used as either a makeup remover or a special treatment. I have not used it as a makeup remover since I already use oil cleansing sherbets. I find it neat as a special treatment.Basic instructions: apply appropriate amount to clean/dry face, massage in for 2-3 mins, let sit for a min (or a few mins) until cream turns from white to a clear oil, wipe off in upward strokes (with a cotton pad or tissue).I thought my box arrived with a small sticker keeping the outer box closed but it's been a month & I can't remember, the actual product does not have a safety seal just a cover that goes over the cream to keep it away from the lid. This does come with a rather large scoop (compared to others I've seen for similarly sized products). The cream itself is a snowy white and is rather thick. It has a citrus scent that's not overpowering. This does make my face feel slightly warm while using it.I've applied it directly to my face & massaged it in with just my finger tips, I've also applied it to my palms (like you would a normal cleanser) and applied it to my face with my whole hand. I think it's a bit less messy the first way rather than the second.The reason I find this neat is because it starts out as a cream & after sitting on your face looks more like an oil. When wiping it off it does seem to pull out some impurities or toxins. I've noticed in some areas the product wipes off clear, and in others it wipes off yellowish or with dark specs.I'm personally not a fan of the feel after I wipe this off, it always feels like it leaves a bit of a residue, I use either a cleansing water or a toner afterwards to make sure I get all the residue off.Overall I do really like this product, and it's one of those neat weekly treatments. The price through Amazon is a bit cheaper than Memebox. I would consider re-purchasing once I run out of the jar I currently have.
