Recently had a port inserted for chemo therapy. There are times when I experience neck pain so intense that medication does not help. These are the times I use this heated shoulder/neck shawl to relieve the disabling pain. It’s also assists with relaxing for sleeping.

It works great! I took it right out of the box and went to bed with it. It heated up fast and stayed on for the duration it was set for. I am happy with it. It is slightly weighted, which helps with my ailment.

This helps a lot with my sore neck. The material is very soft and it is a good shape for shoulders/neck.I wish the snap was adjustable and not removable, but, that's not the biggest deal for me.It has a really long cord so unlike other heating pads, I don't feel tethered to the outlet, also the controls are in a good place along the cord so they're reachable also.

I have Fibromyalgia and get migraines, I carry majority of my daily pain in my neck and shoulders. This heating pad has changed my mornings. I put it around my neck while sitting on the couch with my morning coffee and it makes my mornings MUCH easier. It is heavy like a weighted blanket, which makes the heat strong enough to actually penetrate those sore muscles. I keep mine at work now and am ordering a second one for at home. This product is now a daily part of my routines!

Product works great, but most significant is the level of customer service. After 2 years it stopped working with an error message, I contacted them through their web site. Once I explained the problem they verified my purchase shipped me a replacement.No hassle, No drama, just great and timely support.

I find this a great heating pad for the shoulders and neck area. It’s weighted but not heavy, it heats up quickly enough and I turn the heat all the way up and find it hot enough.

Very pleased with this back/neck heating pad. I have a very bad issue with the muscles in my upper shoulder and back and this pad has 9 heating settings with a timer. It fits snuggly and I also use it for one of my bad knees!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works pretty good. Is comfortable even for myself with a thick neck. The big problem though is even at full it doesn’t get nearly hot enough. It’s a warming pad more than a heating pad.
