Moto G (4th Generation) - Black - 32 GB - Unlocked - Prime Exclusive - with Lockscreen Offers & Ads

I wanted something with band 12 for t-mobile and music streaming in the car and this fits. I have had no issues so far and the Amazon apps were easy to disable except the lock screen ad and I don't find it annoying. Screen is fine. Seems like it would be a good travel phone. Does get a little warmer than my previous phone, an Asus Zenfone 2. The added multiple carrier benefit was a nice bonus. Overall a good phone.

I wanted better than just another refurbished phone. I bought Moto G4 to replace my Tracfonc Moto E. I bought the Tracfone Bring You Own Phone kit and followed the directions online. By evening all the information from my old phone had transferred to the new phone. By morning the Moto G4 was functional. Of It would have been faster by phone, but allowing the transfer happen on its own wasn't a problem for me. While this phone doesn't compare to the high end Samsung line, it has the right features for me. The bigger screen is easier on my eyes and I like being able to use a 128 GB SDCard. The phone does have ads, but I don't find them intrusive. I just swipe them away and get on with I need t do. I've finally got a phone I'm happy with and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it.

It's a good product, I have been using it for a while although there is some kind of slowness sometimes.

it's not flagship but if all you need is a phone...this will not disappoint

Great phone, yes it's unlocked,but beware the brick mortar stores WILL NOT HELP HOOK UP TO THIER service. I'm a long term Verizon customer, ALL of the employees gave me the run around. Finally I called the tech line, and they were EXTREMELY generous with/THIER time and helped me to the end. I do love this phone, lightening speed and a great deal. However you are going to get lots of AMAZON ADVERTISING. I just slide them to the last page. But when u power up u will get Amazon ads.

Friends.... this is what I want to say to the Motorola Customer Reps manning the amazon review boards....Dear Motorola reps.... Shouldn't you be more actively working on fixing the ghost touching and screen flickering issue with this phone instead.... why not respond to the negative comments where customers describe facing these issues.... why not clearly tell us the root cause of this issue is actually hardware overheat.... why not fix the phone design itself.... Bcoz your service centers definitely seem not to be able to repair this problem.... so many customers have tried that route and still were disappointed (multiple times)....I was already reluctant to go with Motorola after Lenovo took over the brand.... but after the horrible experience (ghost touching, screen flickering, etc.) with this phone I doubt Motorola will be able to survive long as a brand in USA.... a good american brand name is biting the dust bcoz of Lenovo design & quality issues....I am planning to start a class action lawsuit against this company for continuing to sell this horrible issues-ridden phone even now to the public. They should be stopped immediately. And a good (issues free) alternate phone (equivalent) should be given as replacement to current customers. We just can't take anymore of this idiotic run-around with the repair centers.... they are just unable to fix the damn problems with this phone.Update July 7, 2017:Here is the response from Motorola Customer Support ([email protected]) after I tried them to look into this issue with my phone:"Hi Gaurav,I'm sorry, I really wish I could help in this situation, the warranty on the device is valid for the country in which the device was sold. If you still like to repair the same, you can visit our service center have it checked but unfortunately the same will not be considered under warranty.Regards,Swaraj"This is pathetic support. Not even sure what the guy means. I bought my phone just 7 months ago from Amazon.com USA and they are talking about warranty being void here in US itself. Ridiculous.I will advice any potential buyers to avoid the moto G series phones like fire.

Man do I love my Moto G4 what a phone! I haven't learned all the things I can do with it yet ... still transferring data over, some of it manually because it was not backed up. This phone holds a charge forever and charges faster than any phone I have ever had! When I send a text msg it goes right now the little wheel doesn't turn and turn and turn! What a buy this was .... LOVE IT!
