Perfect for foot treatment
I can't afford pedicures and started treating my dry, peeling, callused feet at home. I can't spend too much time bent over myself and found the best treatment possible that does a lot of the work on its own, and these socks are the key.I avoid gel or lotion infused socks because I want to choose what product goes on my feet (plus, I've heard a lot of those other socks have craploads of perfume added ...ugh). You start with a nourishing cream that has salicylic acid in it (this Gold Bond one is fairly clean in terms of ingredients and more natural and affordable than the comparable CeraVe version). The SA helps break down the drying, peeling skin. I put this on my feet and then slip the socks on for bed. I was afraid my feet would get hot, but they breathed very well through the night. When I did need to get up, I didn't slip around like you do in gel socks. After doing this several nights in a row, make a warm foot bath with Epsom salt. Then polish off what's left of the dry skin and calluses with a pumice stone. Don't use those tools that shave the skin off unless you want to make more work for yourself ...the calluses will just grow back faster. I found this pumice stone at Walmart, in the women's nail products section -- it has both a rougher and smoother side. For getting around and between the toes, I recommend using exfoliation gloves. This whole hands-on part won't last as long if you spent the week treating your feet overnight with the lotion.Like I said, the socks really made this whole process possible. They're easier than regular socks to wear over feet with lotion on them and without soaking up so much of it that your feet can't benefit from the treatment, are cool and comfortable (I'm a womens size 7 1/2-8 and they were just fitted enough to stay on my feet -- I almost forgot they were on), and easy to walk around in when you need to.

Great thin socks for lotion/balm use
These simple socks have saved my feet. I apply a tea tree balm at night and put them on, and in the morning after showering I put on another thick moisturizing balm and put the socks on again. I’m retired and my feet and toenails are so dry and it’s ugly to me. But buying these thin socks and following the routine, my feet are once again soft and healthy looking. These socks are very thin and are used to keep balms and lotions on your feet and not sheets or shies. They can be slippery so not to walk around in either.

Decent socks
I have a lot of foot issues and bought these to use after applying lotion etc. I like the socks , was exactly what I was looking for but the sizing is large. I wear a size 11 sneaker and these socks are loose, in fact they fall of during the night. I’m going to try washing in hot water and drying in the dryer to see if they will shrink a bit. Otherwise the fabric is soft, the seam is well placed and they are comfortable.

Good quality, good price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:To buy these socks individually is expensive, if you can even find them, so I tried these because I put heel cream on every night before I go to sleep and something on 1 toenail for fungus. The socks are thin so they don’t make my feet too hot. They wash nicely.

I can barely tell I'm wearing them, but turn them inside out
I've worn cotton gloves for a few months at night to help with hand dryness and cuticle splitting, and I wanted something similar and lightweight for feet that would require me to wear normal socks. I also didn't want to use those gel socks because they would be way too hot to wear all night. I finally found these and honestly they're awesome with a couple stipulations.First, as another reviewer suggested, turn them inside out before putting them on. The middle seam is a bit weird, but when you wear them inside out you don't notice the seam at all.Second, if you wear over a size 8 in women's, these may be too small. They're stretchy, but I feel like they may be too tight for anyone who wears bigger sizes. I am a size 6.5-7 and they fit perfectly, but I'm not sure how much more they will stretch.Overall, the best part about these is that they are breathable and I genuinely forget I am wearing them. Thanks to that I can wear them all night comfortably without wanting to rip them off halfway through the night.

Discomfort and Disappointing Quality
These socks are extremely uncomfortable due to multiple bulky seams—at the toes, across the top of the foot, and at the heel. I even tried wearing them inside out to reduce irritation, but it didn’t help. To make matters worse, they shrank significantly after just one wash. Unfortunately, I’m returning them.

Stay on well and comfortable
I was concerned these would be uncomfortable or not stay on but they do stay on and they aren’t that noticeable wearing them and I hate wearing socks to bed but not these. So far they wash well but time will tell. I’d recommend these.

OK at best
these are probably OK for the price. Positive: they are comfortable, not too warm for wearing around the house in the summer, and keep the lotion on my feet instead of the floor. On the other hand, they are really big, probably too large for most women. I wear a size 8.5 or 9 shoe and they are too large to stay on my feet, I'm constantly pulling them up or back on. The quality is iffy: They are very thin and the top seams are pretty irregular with some coming pre-split, some splitting after a few hours of wear, and others being just fine. I don't expect them to last any where near as long as others I have had and will replace with a better quality, but for now, they are fine for the price.
