The media could not be loaded.  One word , GARBAGE !!!! don't waste your money with this product.First order came in broken, it didn't work at all ,it had cracks all over.They replaced it for another with cracks but it worked, I had to crazy glued to stop from breaking further , after few days is malfunctioning, I've used it once to disinfect my apartment cause I had covid and I didn't want to have my 12 year old on weekends ,didn't want him to get sick with the lingering virus around my apartment.Overall, NOT WORT IT ,for the price you pay you can get 100 water guns that actually work.

Received on December 15..... used only a few times. This is what happened this morning when tried to use.

I do not recommend these products, they are of very poor quality, in less than a week I have bought two different distributors, because it seemed like a good product to have at home. Where you put the bottle with the product, it falls apart, I don't know if it will be because of its weight, but they both had the same problems.

After a full charge the blue lights lit up and it did power on however it was unable to make any cold steam or mist. When I contacted about replacement they asked if I would be willing to pay if it was not returned within 30 days and I agreed to that and a replacement waited until the weekend to make the return and still haven't received anything. Therefore I demanded a refund instead of a replacement because I had already paid for it an expected the second to be to be delivered prior to the return being finalized.

This product is awesome and simple to use. It has a wide spray and has a large spray area. I used it to keep the entire house sanitized during illnesses.

After following instructions, the product doesn't work. green light never turned on and the product is made with cheap materials, I usually never write reviews but had to for this product.I was really excited to use this and actually bought a bottle of disinfectant to use it with in total 50 dollars for the fogger and 40 dollars for the disinfectant = 90 dollars in the trash.
