Some concerns about local delivery in very cold conditions, driver ignored delivery pad, placed on bare concrete, obviously cold soaked, gradually warmed to room temperature, Shipping packaging adequate, product internal packaging excellent. Product loaded in hp printer with no difficulties, identified cartridges, produced alignment page and ready to print. Easy. Colour printing on ordinary paper normal, colour printing on injet paper very good, printing on Ilford photo paper wow, other photo paper excellent. no idea about cartridge life yet

Well done. Comes with instructions and tips. I had no problems. I installed and did the alignment and they worked fine. They are extremely well packaged. They come with instructions adjusting or cleaning the contacts if there is an issue as these are remanufactured. I had zero issues. Will buy again when the time comes.

The green color came out grayish blue on paper even when choosing to print in full color, and colors, in general, do not come out consistent with the actual colors on screen if printing photographs. Solid opaque colors came out fine. The store was very attentive though, they followed up many times, sending new cartridges to try for free. Two of four I received in total, however, didn't work well but the company was kind to offer a refund. They did give me a refund immediately.

I ordered ValueToner color ink cartridges from Amazon and received one ValueTone and one no name brand cartridge. I contacted ValueToner and told them what transpired. Emily of ValueToner got back in touch with me within an hour of my email. She and ValueToner sent me a genuine cartridge and resolved the issue.

Printer display panel reports cartridge error. Of course the printer will not execute the print while cartridge is not communicating and in error Never received this message with new Hp cartridges. Find it difficult and a nuisance to clear the error. Requires disconnecting cables to printer, and rebooting computer. Then the printer works fine until the next error comes along.

Not really compatible....I have a HP 5610 and I used the first cartridge and half way through my printer gave me a cartridge error...after troubleshooting, I had to put the second cartridge in before I could print again. The first cartridge had lots of ink left. Hopefully the second cartridge will last me longer. Ugh!

So far , so good.Look to be exact copy of HP cartridge. Snapped it in, and VOILA--color print.Since I don't print photos, I cannot evaluate quality on that level but for a printed color document it looked fine and for the price it is outstanding.

Installed in a HP Officejet 5610v. Initially the printer gave an error and would not accept the cartridges. But after following the troubleshooting card included in the package it is now working fine. Recommend for everyday print but maybe not for your printing that needs to be perfect.
