POP & Lock - Toyota Tundra Heavy Duty Power Tailgate Lock with Plug and Play T-Harness

2019 Toyota Tundra LimitedIt fit perfectly, with the mounting holes lined up, more than enough wire to run the length of the truck, came with zip lines for a clean install. This was the longest part of the install was the wiring. Put on around 20k miles and works everything I hit the lock and unlock button on my keyfob or doors. It really feels like OEM and looks like it belongs in the tailgate for how well it fit. If you feel like it's a little loud, I've put a little grease on the contact points to quiet the actions. Definitely worth the value for money and would recommend for any tundra owners.

This is GREAT!If you have a bed cover and would like to lock the tailgate without the key, This is what you need! Installation was a breeze. Took all of about 30 minutes. The short wire with connectors goes in the tailgate to the mechanism and connects under the back of the truck. This is for removing the tailgate. If you run the one single wire from the mechanism to the front under dash connection point, you will have to cut or remove the wire to take the tailgate off if needed. This thing is GREAT!

Works great as usual. The new t-harness is a game changer. I installed the first iteration in 2018, now another install on a new to me Tundra. Took me any 45 minutes to run the wires correctly along the loom under the vehicle. Looking forward to many years of usage. Now my tailgate is secure.

Works as advertised and I love it

Installation is very easy. You do have to route a wire along the truck frame but it was a piece of cake and I'm over 60. The rest is just bolting on or removing and replacing trim panels. It's been a few months and I definitely would recommend thos lock to Tundra owners if they want to secure their truck bed.

Installed this lock on my 16' Toyota Tundra. I love this lock. After reading the reviews I noticed that this lock was a bit noisy. So I put foam insulation around the lock after I installed it. Definitely a plus to do that. Now I can lock my tools up by touch of a button.It took about an hour to install.

I hope POPand Lock sees this, and fixes itvery disappointed, I had planned on installing this as soon as I received it. I did not get all the items i was supposed to such as the 2 grommets or bolt in the picture, more importantly i did not receive the PLUG & PLAY HARNESS: Plugs directly into the OEM wire harness for easy installation. Nor the 2 wires that look like has an inline fuse that connect the long wire from tailgate to the plug and play harness.So can you please send those.
