Great all in one pump with nozzles!
I love fountains & making them for our house and friends! As a self ‘taught’ novice, I’ve learned two things (for my own purposes?. 1. I won’t buy a pump that doesn’t have a filter included, & 2. I won’t buy a pump without it including or easily finding a nozzle set of the same brand that lists models it fits. (I only use them for container type fountains). Fitting piping and nozzles even that theoretically should fit, always creates extra work. This is a great set! It’s the first one I’ve purchased with ‘legs’ which definitely helps water flow around the pump. I’d never purchased a pump with lights, they add a nice touch (though they are something to keep in mind with their fixed location right on the pump-not quite as easy to hide the pump.Putting it it a dark pot with dark rocks around the pump (avoiding the filter openings), worked well! I’ll add a photo - I just emptied to clean. It’s super easy to take apart and hose off the filter. I’m happy with the purchase.

LONG lasting
I've had this little pump for just shy of three years. It has run continuously in my little DIY garden fountain for nearly three years, sunshine, rain, and occasional snow and ice too! Just recently the little guy started to pump out less water, so I gave it a good cleaning and now it's back to full strength. I can't believe it's lasted as long as it has, in the era of disposable everything. I see that it's no longer for sale, I hope that changes, because I would not hesitate to buy another one for fountain #2.

Works great,
I put this in a large decorative bowl about 24” wide and almost 10” deep. Put a heavy screen resting on top of the pump and filled the bowl with black polished stones. I had to turn the water volume down because with the full bell shape the water was splashing out. It looks really nice even with the shape trimmed down. Would send a pic but I’m old, haven’t figured that out yet (LOL)

Amazing!!
This exceeded my expectations. So so easy to install. I was worried the fountain would spray everywhere and would be too large for my container, but it's perfect! (It looks like there is water all over but that's just from me watering the flowers I planted). I used a glass container as the water reservoir for the pump/fountain, put the pump in and stuck that inside a pot, put soil and plants around the reservoir, and then added decorative rocks to hide the rim of the reservoir, protect the plants from excess water, and add a little modern to it. It took me only around 20 minutes to do. It comes with three different options for the water. The one that I didn't use would be better suited for a small pond or really large container as it makes a huge fountain, and the other one is very similar to the one I used but a tiny bit flatter and less mushroom shaped. I love this on my patio. It's so relaxing and makes my apartment patio a little more enjoyable. Can't wait to see it lit up at night!

Defective
Item was just delivered. I got it unpackaged and submerged it underwater in my container. I tested it and it worked great. I unplugged it and finished setting up my fountain. When I plugged it in again, NOTHING. It lights up and makes a humming noise but it isn’t pumping the water. I’ve ordered a replacement from Amazon. Hopefully the new one works or I’ll be sending both back for a refund.

Submersible pump
The GBGS 10w 160GPM Submersible pump works just fine for my application. I like this pump for two reasons first of all is the fact it has the four legs that screw on and keeps the pump up off the bottom of the pond, this means longer times between cleanings of the pump. The other reason is the built in lighting, The light shows up the sprinkler or the cascade of the water at night. Well built pump and easy disassembly and assembly for cleaning. My second review Sept.5, 2017, I have just purchased my second GBGS 10w 160GPH submersible pump for another application I have just built and setup, I like the first one so well I am going with the same pump for this water feature .

You may think it quite after a week but read this........
This is not that powerful but will move water. Trick to know or you will think it quit after a week. The bottom part pots off really easy and there is a sponge inside that acts like a filter. It is too small to do any good and this will get dirty in 2 days and restrict the water flow. Take the sponge out and the water flow will work great. To make it even better put a net around it to keep leaves and bigger stuff from sucking up into the fan-wheel.

Excellent Value
Honestly some of the poor reviews on this are bizarre. For not even $30 this is an effective pump WITH a filter, WITH fountain nozzles, and WITH a light. A decent quality product with all these things is typically many times the cost. I run this thing 24/7 and have zero complaints especially considering the price.
