PRODUCT FAILED TO PRINT TEXT - SOFTWARE OBSOLETE
The software is outdated and needs to be updated to be compatible with Windows 11. The application shut off completely, taking me back to my desktop, when attempting to print text onto the print images installed. I tried installing the software from the disk included and from the Misiland.com website; neither resolved this issue.

Clearly they pulled a few of their own sheets out of their own pack and mailed them. Wasn't in the inkjet original packaging came in an envelope, very raggedy They were supposed to be three different shapes I literally only got Hearts which really wasn't event appropriate. They hardly deflate and are very small. The more you inflate them the more the rounder the center part becomes and it makes the image look crazy. It's best to make the image very small in the middle so that it doesn't distort when airing them up with the little air that can go in them. It came with these little attachments to seal the balloon. They sent them in a CD case which furthermore lets me know that they pulled these out of their own personal pack. Not happy and don't recommend.

Save your money! READ BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product is horrible. Great idea, but horrible product. I tried printing on three of them using a fairly expensive EPSON PHOTO PRINTER, as I own a print shop. The 3 different balloons, same images, came out differently each time. Some looked ok but had drips/spots as it appears the product may have been around moisture. Yes, they were not packaged in plastic, only an envelope, no real packaging that you see in picture. The other ones printed with lines. Nothing consistent. The third one I was going to try and salvage, but as I pulled along the perforation it tore very easily. I won't bother using the other 7 because it would be a waste of expensive ink.

It didn't come with any instructions AT ALL. I am so lost in how to print on them with a MacBook.

It took me a few minutes to understand how to do this, but OMG - how fun!!! I only wish it was a bit glossier.Great product, quick delivery - thank you!
