Arms aren’t as high as a regular couch, but it’s comfortable and a decent size.
I really like the texture of the suede, it’s short and soft and the color is a rich black. Assembly took about an hour and it’s also holds up to the picture which is nice. It’s also comfortable cushion wise, but I will add that the arms aren’t as high as a normal couch. They’re actually quite low. So you can’t really lean your arms or head on them if you wanted to lay down you’d definitely need some extra pillows.Overall very happy with it and am very relieved the sectional I bought online turned out to be comfy!!

Works for me
Decent little couch, fit perfect in my space. Assembly was mostly simple, could be done by 1 strong person but its definitely easier and faster with 2. The worst part was getting the back rest on the chaise piece because the screw holes sit behind the wood edge on the bottom; so its a total pain because not only can you not see through to line up the holes but you can't fit the allen wrench behind it to make a full turn, so that part was frustrating and took forever to just get the screws in. They could have put notches in that wood bar so you could easily screw those in. The seat cushions have velcro to keep them on, I haven't had issues with them slipping. The connector bracket for the 2 sections seems sturdy and is holding up so far despite me choosing to sit right on that section. The arm rests are really low and flat, they are only attached by 1 zipper so they can flip off. Not sure why they don't come with velcro, but you can always add your own. It hasn't been a problem for me. The back cushions have zippers so you can re-fluff them or add stuffing if needed. I kinda wish the back rest behind the cushions was taller, you can feel the top edge through the pillows when leaning back. The seat cushions are very firm, but not entirely uncomfortable. The material is pretty soft, kind of a mixture of suede and velvet, easy to wipe off. Its a good starter couch, but I'd price it a bit lower due to some of the issues stated above.

Definitely regret purchasing
Not what I expected, not comfortable all.Super small and the back pillows and side arms do not stay on. Honestly a waste of money I regret purchasing and really want to return it but it’s already put together and would be too much of an hassle to return.

Hmm.
This was probably the most unnecessarily difficult item of furniture I've ever built. The holes do not align quite right, and fabric covers some of them from poor craftsmanship. So it is extremely difficult to attach the pieces to each other, especially because they need to be balanced and held into place while you struggle to find the holes. I was trying to do it alone and had a small tantrum out of frustration. Not cute, but I had had a real long week and just wanted this to be done. Anyway, I had to get my [more mature than me] six year old to help me, but it was hard for them to hold the pieces up. Would have been easier but still difficult with two adults. Maybe a headlamp would have helped? Idk. It's hard to see the screws/holes.I have built couches by myself before, so I don't think it was unreasonable for me to think I could have done so again. Alas, I got it done and almost wept with joy. Until I realized how short the couch is. I know it is mentioned in other reviews, but it is SHORT. Like, you sit back and almost HAVE to put your arms over the top of the couch to be comfortable. (I'm 5'7) The arms are so short they might as well not be there. I added several pillows to make sitting on the side feel more stable. The cushions themselves are quite comfortable, but after only a couple of weeks they're getting dented in the spot people tend to sit in. Hoping to be able to do something about that. It is very comfy for naps though. Except that the "arms" slip off constantly. I'm going to Velcro them down. Also the legs are ugly, and have sharp edges. I have hit my toes on them a couple of times and it was very painful. I'm going to attach wooden legs, which will fix that problem, and I think make the couch look a lot nicer. It is a decent looking couch, and I think that I like it but I ordered after reading all the reviews thinking that maybe that the negative ones were exaggerated. They're not. It's all true. Considering all the things I'm going to do to make it better, I'd rather have spent more money on a nicer couch. But, I have a small kid and know that any couch won't last forever around them. If this couch can last me five years, I'll be satisfied. I do really, really wish the back and arms were higher though.

Pleasantly surprised
I'm fairly impressed by this couch. For the price, I think it's a hard to beat deal. I don't have a truck or know anybody that does, so finding the best way to have an entire couch delivered for a reasonable price was a challenge. This couch proved to be exactly what I was looking for. It's made of a comfortable, soft material. Like velvet/felt. The cushions are relatively firm but have plenty of give for me (I like medium firm mattresses for comparison). The sides are essentially pillows you can rest your head on for a little while. The chaise is a good size. I can fit on it as 5'9" with my legs in a triangle. It took me about 3 hours to assemble it by myself. The tool you need is included, although I found it faster with a proper screwdriver. There's a couple of bolts that are a pain (like the backrest on the chaise), but it's perfectly doable. My only complaint is that the long portion feels ever so slightly narrow. If you're a wider individual I could see this being maybe slightly uncomfortable.
