Is there another switch that could be used ?

It’s hard to answer when we don’t even know what you’re using it for-what your service is etc. etc. this switch is for dish.

will this work with the wally receiver for Echostar 110 & 199, two separated LNBs?

I use this with dual LNB on Dish Network on those two satellites

will this work on directv cables?

In most cases no, these switches are for combining signals from 2 LNBs (the detectors on the dish) on old Dish Network systems. They will work for some DirecTV systems, so if you happen to have one, give it a try.

Can this switch be used to route the signal to two receivers from one antenna?

No. It's used to feed two separate antennas to one receiver. I used it with the old dish 500 antenna would only pick up satellite 110 and 119 on one dish and then a separate dish to pick up satellite 129 and feed it all to one receiver.
