Shaved my giant goldendoodle bald!
My girl got into some nasty burrs and matted her entire self - like Fort Knox. Her long blond hair turned from gorgeous curls to a solid mass with tons of sticky burs all in her. Then she got wet - and she locked up.Cutting her hair costs me 175 minimum because she is a big girl. She takes the groomer 3-4 hours, and she costs me a lot. The scheduling, the time, the money - it's all a lot. I was very nervous to try to cut her hair, especially because I would have to shave her down to the skin (the professional groomers also said so).So I am like, this dog acts like I am ending her life when I try to clip her nails, so grooming her myself is going to be a huge mistake. But I decided to try anyway. I got this trimmer after reading a ton of reviews. Many of the reviews said it doesn't work well on thick doggy hair or doodle hair, but many of the other reviews said it works great. But all the other clippers say the same thing. I decided to try this one due to the low price point - as a starter shaver.Well, I did an ok job. 3 little nicks cause in some spots I tried against the grain - and she is bald. Not only that but the sound didn't scare her, she didn't act like I was ending her life and she was so easy to redirect her little bits of anxiety with just a small treat here and there. I had to recharge a few times - the clippers were still working but they seemed to slow a few times. Charging them up gave her a break. So over the span of 3 hours she is balder than the day she was born. All the burs are gone - she has a fresh blank canvas to grow back in.PROS: Low noise, cuts her hair (thick wavy golden doodle, x-large breed), easy to use, nice attachments, ok battery life (probably way better with a smaller and less thick haired dog), sliced right through mats easily. Easy to clean.CONS: Wish it came with something better for the paws. The width of this blade is just a little much and I'm definitely afraid I will cut her and she will never trust the clipper again in my hands.NOTES: You need to oil this! every 1/2 hour you spend on really intensive clipping, stop, clean the hair off and put 2-3 drops of oil. Clipper/razor oil is really cheap - don't be afraid to use it! Charge it more often than it says. It works great - but the clippers start to sound sad, plug it in for a bit.

exceeded expectations
I was amazed at how well this worked!!! We have 2-Malti-poos and both needed grooming. My plan on opening the package was to just try it out on a little section on our female---she's got more Poodle in her and gets matted more easily than her brother. It worked so GOOD!!! I ended up doing her whole little body! I will need a little of a learning curve---I did leave bare spots on a few areas, but it never cut or scared her. The noise is much lower than my last pair. And it cut so well that it took me less time than I normally have to spend to get it all done. I used it straight out of the box and the battery was charged enough to do the entire job for one dog. I recharged the unit and was able to do my second dog with a full charge. I definitely recommend.

These are incredible!
Purchased thee to trim my Bernedoodle who was badly in need of a grooming appointment but due to some medical issues I’d been unable to that done for her. Unboxed them and placed them on the charger at 5:40pm at 5:50pm they were charged and ready for use and they stayed charged until 7:21pm. I used them with no guard because I was shaving her down and I also used the scissors a little bit to get some of the bigger mats off her. You can see in the photos what I was able to accomplish before it needed to be charged again and she decided it was bedtime. Hopefully you’re able to get any idea of how well they worked for me in a pinch. Great value! So easy to use/ thinner than others I have tried. They were so quiet she laid down and went to sleep on the bench.

Great Clippers—But Guards Get a Little Hairy!
I purchased these clippers for grooming my dogs at home, and overall, they've been fantastic. The clippers are quiet and powerful, making the grooming process much more comfortable for my furry friends. However, when I used the guards, they tended to clog quickly, especially with my dogs' thick coats. This made the process take longer than expected. Without the guards, the clippers worked like a charm, cutting through the fur smoothly and efficiently. If your dogs have thinner coats, the guards might work better for you. For those with thicker fur, you might find it easier to use the clippers without the guards.Overall, a great product that gets the job done—just be prepared to adjust your approach based on your dog's coat type.

Really great clippers! Definitely recommend to anyone!!!
I came across these dog clippers on Amazon because I started grooming my 3 dogs myself because it was getting to be to pricey to have them groomed monthly. The price is really reasonable. The value of the clippers is really good. You can use the cord or charge and use them cordless. The charging speed is pretty fast. The noise level is pretty low. The only thing I had a problem with was the blade had gotten worn down after a few years. Luckily the box had the lifetime warranty and I had a replacement sent. The Oneisall customer service was really great. Sue was so kind and helpful throughout the replacement process. I am really impressed with the quality of my product and the customer service was excellent! I recommend anyone to try these clippers! Thank you so much for all of your help and support Sue!

Works great on a dog with tight curls and fine hair.
I have a mutt who is part bichon frese, poodle, shitzu, and Maltese. Her hair has been described by groomers as more bichon frese than poodle. It gets matted super easy. These clippers were so easy to use and worked so well! I just need to work on my grooming skills. I also like that these came with some scissors. They were relatively quiet. My dog wasn’t bothered at all. She is 12 lbs so she is pretty small but the battery never wavered. I’m happy with this purchase.

Good clippers for my doodle!
Love this clipper for my doodle - small, quiet, charges quickly and cuts well. Perfect for the price! I am not deducting any stars because it was clear in the description what I was getting, but these do not have replaceable blades. Once it isn't sharp, it's life is over.
