Good replacement for shark hv305uk
Good value and easy to change out for the old snapped one, good fit and seems to be good quality.

Does the job
I resorted to purchasing this item as I could not obtain replacement parts from Shark; remarkable for an appliance which is only just over 5 years old!It is pretty obvious that this tube will be one of the parts to wear out as it is being constantly flexed and so it was that for the second time since I purchased this vacuum cleaner, the hose snapped; the first time it was repaired under warranty.Delivery was quick, the pipe was of the correct size and should last as long as the original. A word or two ofcaution I should give prospective customers, firstly you will need some torx bits to remove the cover, secondly, despite watching a video, this us not a simple task, rather it is fiddly and took me far longer than I expected. Were I to undertake this task again I would:1. Note where each individual screw is located and not play hit and miss with placement after my wife moved my carefully laid out screws.2. Note exactly the position of the hose holder where it connects into the head; it seems obvious, but it isn’t when you have remove it and are trying to place it back.3. There is a spring clip above the left hand wheel which when you flex the head to remove the pipe is detached and on the right hand side, above the right hand wheel, a cap holds and protects a power cable. You need to look at how these are configured before you remove the hose.Other than that, our Shark vacuum is working again for significantly less cost than replacing the head.5 stars.

NV801UIKT - With a bit of thought
I hav ean NV801UKT and the bottom hose broke. I eventually got that out and it has 2 collars on it which are a pain. I got them out and extracted the old hose (basically pulling the wire so it left the collar and then tidied the collar up)This hose WILL NOT fit in that scenario.I took the hose and collars and placed into a bowl of hot water for a good while to let it all soften and I was then able to partially screw and wedge this hose into the collars I could then adjust so it looked OK

excellent value for money.
the product fitted perfectly to our shark vacuum so instead of buying a whole new head we managed to fix it for a few pounds.

Could not fit it !?!
Seemed a quality product but very rigid and when trying to fit it I was unable to stretch it sufficiently to allow it to seal at both ends. Ultimately, I had to buy a new vacuum, the next option a new 'head' being almost as expensive as a new vacuum, and allt least I have a spare for the car ( with the pipe only). Go ahead and try it, you might save yourself a new vacuum, but I failed!! :-(

Fits NV680UKT 40
Pipe fitted my Shark NV680UKT 40 no issues.nice and easy replacement took around 30min. You will need need a security Torx screw driver set to make the job easier although possible with a flat head but a more of a pain. An IFIXIT kit had all I needed.

UTTER RUBBISH!
I have no idea how this product has gained the "Amazon Choice" label! The gauge of the spirals wrong, which means this piece doesn't fit into the rubber seals properly - I ended up having to glue mine into place.

Perfect fit for a NV681 series
There are multiple videos online of how to correctly disassemble the vac motor unit to get access to replace this part and is pretty easy to do providing you have the correct torx tool.Once apart, getting the old hose separated from the both ends it threads into is not overly simple. If an original hose it is going to feel like it is glued in (and may be), so to get separated will require destroying the old hose more that it is already damaged. I found I could get a small screw driver under one of the hose threads and pry up that thread, and from there could follow it around and around until I could pull separating the hose from body. The new hose then very simply screwed into position - perfect fit!Vacuum now works as good as day one!

It fit on a white shark hard floor cleaning attachment.
It required some cutting to make it shorter but it appears all their tubing is a standard size.

Fit right in, suction restored!
Good quality hose, probably better than the original. Fit right in, though it's not super easy to install due to the way the Shark vac goes together. Worth it though, the suction is back!
