Just too glitchy for practical use
June 17th, 17The app has been really glitchy with control of the lights going in-and-out on my Samsung 8.Jan 30th, 17Good customer service replacing the plug. I'll update on how long it lasts.Jan 16th, 17One of two of the plugs I bought just died. So I'll be lowering my rating down to 2 stars.Oct 22, 16*I've updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. Set up was a little quarky, and I discovered that my 5G wifi doesn't work with the system but my 4G does. So now it's working and working well. The concept is great! My next point of contention revolves around the app's continual prompts to access my personal information.Oct 20, 16I spent 45 minutes attempting to pair this device with my Android OS and didn't get anywhere. Is it possible? I'm sure it is, but I don't have the time to waste figuring that out.Additionally, once this shady app is downloaded many permissives are requested concerning accessing my private information. This has nothing to do with turning a light on and off. I would warn others about what access they may be giving away in using this app.If the makers of this product care to correct me I'd be open to their input.

Worse product ever
Worse product EVER! Set-up and use are very clunky! Instructions very poorly written! (When will Chinese sellers wise up and pay someone who speaks English to proof read instructions for them?) App instructions are at least as bad as!Am having trouble with the unit and have contacted AZPEN several times but they refuse to respond. AMAZON may stand behind products they sell, but AZPEN sure doesn't!Don't waste money on AZPEN products! Spend a little more and get something a lot better!

Many Uses in the Home-- Gives You Peace of Mind -- Easy to Use and Operate -- App is Easy to Install
This is awesome! What a great idea. The uses for this are endless. We've used this when we've gone out of town to be able to turn on and off our TV via the timer to give it the appearance that we were home. I also like using this on a day to day basis in the bathroom to insure I've turned off either my curling iron or straightener (whichever I've used for the day). I always get worried that I forgot to turn that off and that it will cause a fire.There are so many things that I really like about this smart socket. I love how easy it is to use, control and set up. I like that the app is easy to install and that you can download it by the QR code -- this makes it even easier to install. This smart plug really gives you peace of mind and I definitely want to get a few more of these for our home.I highly recommend this product. Awesome technology.
This is very amazing device that enables you to control all your devices in home remotely. This is like something you dream for. It works perfectly with app installed on my smart phone. Its very easy to set up which is one time activity using instruction manual. The detailed steps under manual help you to set the device quickly. You need wifi set up at home in order to connect with this device either use your cell phone hotspot or wifi internet through modem/router. Once you set up everything controlling device works like charm. You can control the device you have connected using SMART plug with one click. Plug has power button which is used to manually turn on/off the plug & is used for initial set up. After set up you really never have to touch the SMART plug again making your life comfortable. I like this device very much & I would recommend it to make life easy for anyone. I got this product at discounted rate in exchange of honest feedback.

Great product
This outlet works as expected. I really like it. I love the schedule settings as well. I like that I can set a vacation schedule and it not have to be at the same time each day. I can pick different times and days for it to turn on and off. It's the perfect vaction light switch.
