I would have to agree with the other sellers -- checking the back of the charger unit, it says the output is 8.5 volts. It does get confusing, because the image of the battery with the vehicle (shown on the Amazon catalog page) would seem to be identical to this one; however, the battery specifically for the Terrain Twister says "Hot Wheels" at the top, which would seem to denote the difference.
