Great for intermittent fasting
I know this technically breaks a fast but I have had good results using this with intermittent fasting. I use this in my coffee in the morning and it keeps me full well into the afternoon. I used this the first time I was trying to loose weight and dropped 30 lbs. ( Was doing 16:8 IF and weight lifting 3-4x/week). I am on my second round of weight loss (just took a break to have a baby) and it still helps. I don't LOVE the flavor but I like it a lot better than other products out there. I do not like their other flavors either but everyone has their own preference.

New to the MCT oil party...
I am new (and late) to the whole MCT oil party, but I was told about this on the Model Health Show podcast. I thought I would give it a whirl. I have it in my coffee every morning (Nespresso latte), but I do add coconut creamer or even milk (gasp!). I do not add sugar, like I used to. Since drinking this I do not eat a large breakfast and feel satiated until lunch. I have only tried the vanilla and sometimes it taste chemically, but other times it just adds a bit of vanilla taste to the coffee. I do not measure it out, just squeeze it into my cup....so I may be over doing it on those days the chemical taste is there. I will say though, it does dissolve nicely. I know that is a bit of an issue for many products (so I have heard). It is a bit pricey, but consistent with most other MCT oils I have seen.

Blends perfectly, great taste
I’m easing back into keto, and thought I’d try this creamer because I like this brand’s plain MCT oil. I’m so happy I did! It blends amazingly well, and the flavor is really good. I’m looking forward to trying it in iced coffee, as I’ve never found one that blends well, and this looks very promising. It is a little pricey, but you only need to use a little bit, and it’s totally worth it!

Great in smoothies!
No discernible taste—which makes it perfect for smoothies, cooking, etc. Makes a healthy replacement for corn, canola & other vegetable oils in most recipes!

Whew! Glad this tasted great!
So, I was highly concerned about the taste of this product due to all the "vomit taste" terrible reviews on here. I was nervous about this when I ordered it, understanding that you cant get your money back once you purchase it. This morning I made sure I shook it well before pouring it into my first cup of coffee. I initially smelled it, and it smelled like vanilla, so that was a good sign. I then took a sip of it from a spoon, and it tasted good! It bordered on a taste JUST before crossing over into sweetness, since it has 0g sugar. The consistency was thick and not watery. It blended very well with the coffee. Overall a win! I guess many folks got bad batches of the product, which sucks, but it does happen. I hope this helps! Bottle LOT #PRP400042.

tastes great and mixes easily
I've been giving MCT oil supplements to my mother two or three times each day to help with memory problems. So, I need something very easy to use that also tastes good. She doesn't drink coffee and telling her to take a spoonful of oil isn't an option. In the past, I had been buying a pre-mixed drink called Fuel for Thought but apparently that company has gone out of business. The best replacement I've found for that product is the strawberry flavored MCT oil by Onnit. My recipe: mix 1 tablespoon of strawberry MCT oil with 2 tablespoons of strawberry flavored Boost. Yes, you could add the oil to a full bottle of Boost. But, if you use just a little bit it makes a drink small enough that you can take multiple times a day.

I like this product in that it does decrease my appetite ...
I like this product in that it does decrease my appetite and it gives me energy that I feel is sustained for a longer period of time than coffee's energy boost. The problem is that my stomach does not handle the product well. I don't eat a lot of fat in my food plan, but I do use some. This product causes me to have a bloated and gassy stomach. Therefore, I am unable to use it during a workday. Even though I start my days at 4 a.m. to work out and arrive at work at 8:00, my stomach remains uncomfortable all day. It is great for the weekends. My friend who recommended this has no problems with it at all. His food plan is very strict, but he uses the MCT oils regularly. I have been trying to get my body used to it for 2 weeks, and I have given up (except for weekends). I will not buy it again.

Delicious and healthy!
The french vanilla tastes great in coffee! I appreciate that it always has a good consistency to it - never thick and clumpy, nor is it too runny/watery. The fact that this is emulsified is a huge win - no need to for you to add MCT oil to coffee and run it through a blender!I am on the keto diet and put this in my coffee to fuel up on some healthy fat first thing in the morning. I've experimented mixing it with exogenous ketones and did notice an uptick in my ability to focus and recall.
