Change of Formula?
It seems CHI has changed the formula in their product? I’ve used it for years. Ordered 2 new bottles. The first bottle smelled different and the product sticks in the pump. Even after changing pumps it sticks. So I tried the second bottle. It sprays but I reacted to the scent. Whats up with this product? It’s always been one of my favorites.

Lost at Sydney depot and no refund
Probably a great product. I love chi products. It made it all the way to Australia but was lost at depot. No refund. Again. Impossible to get into anyone at Amazon to discuss returns or anything else relating to refunds. As for the product I’m sure it’s great. Why we can’t get all chi products in Australia is beyond me.
