Perfect packaging
Purchased at a Prime day discount. Delivery excellent, delivery drivers placed the complete delivery box ( 56kg )in the hallway exactly where I requested it to be placed. They could not be more helpful and polite.The trick is to open the box!!!…. and check contents …. All in perfect condition …. Then decant each item into the room you going to fit in, box by box. So quality is Grohe….. very happy customer!

Neat looking, powerful flushing
After installation, it looks neat, rather than that "just another toilet" look. The two flush buttons are both giving powerful flushing, and the water tank refills very quickly. So far it is easy to clean.My bathroom guy took a while to figure out how to put the frame together. He did spent sometime to do that, even as I forwarded the Grohe's video showing how to do that.The shiny push buttons get a lot of finger prints, have to wipe that to make it look clean. That is the downside of having anything in chrome finish.

When product arrives damaged
Unfortunately the pan arrived with 2 large cracks. Currently waiting for a refund before we can re order. Holding up our bathroom. Process for return & refund needs to be quicker. It was collected from our home 7 days ago but still in transit?
