is this jacket light enough to use in the summer for rainy days?

I wouldn't use it in the summer. It has just enough insulation to make you hot in the summer.

I'm 6'4" and normally buy things in a tall. How is the length on this jacket? Thanks

Philip Hello, I think this jacket accomodates us tall folks well. I am 6'3" tall and 180# (Slim) I bought the large and it fits great. The back of the jacket actually swoops slightly in the rear and adds just a little length. Without knowing your fit preferences I would still think that at 6'4" the length will be long enough for you; i.e. probably still a few inches below the belt line.

is it the exact same as is shown in the picture? can we trust the size chart?

It's the same jacket. I typically wear a size small and this jacket fits just fine. It fits a little looser so you can layer other clothes under. The cuffs are velcro so you can custom fit the jacket. So far it's held up very well and is very versatile.

Are these all Chinese made now? Looking for USA or at least European made garments.

It's made in Indonesia however they r true size. No bootleg jacket. Good quality material. Zippers will out last jacket .Gd material.Deep pockets. If u want 2 layer I wud suggest sizing up. Hope u find info handy.
