I love this powerful little unit that fits in my pocket like a pen. The other day it fell in some water and I pulled it out. I let it sit for 24 hours. I tried it the next day and it still works. 😮 I love it even more! Also stays charged forever. Great little flashlight.

I received this stun gun today. I've looked in the package and did not find the voltage. I did my own research and this is what I found from Google: The Guard Dog Enlight stun pen is advertised to deliver 4,500,000 volts. While this number is a marketing figure, it's important to remember that voltage alone doesn't fully determine the effect of a stun gun. Other factors like amperage and capacitance also play a role.I hope this helps anyone looking for this information. I didn't give it 5 stars because I had to research myself this info. I do believe you can find better stun guns very similar to this one for around the same price. I haven't decided if I'm returning it yet or not.

Mine has held a charge for several months sitting so far. The Arc does not seem to hit on all points unless fully, tip top, charged. I would envision it would work well enough IF YOU HIT someone in the raw skin of the neck with it. Maybe thru a t-shirt if you press hard.I bought mine specifically with “taking out the trash in the dark” scenario in mind. (Night drop bank deposit, ATM, etc also comes to mind. The Flashlight function and size would confuse any would be attacker. Maybe use on a dog, etc. Fact is if you really need true protection these days you need a “Concealed Carry...”

I am a mail person and I got this for dog deterent. The noise makes dogs shy away and gives me space to do my job. I love the small size I carry it everywhere.

The flashlight is super bright. The taser works VERY well! It charged really fast, for me at least.
