What’s the different between gel vs foam?

I think the best option to use gel insoles with dress shoes and foam insoles with sneakers and boots.

Would these fit a size 5.5 foot?

Will these work well in flat dress shoes and do they have a raised Arch??

Awful.

Literally just arrived in the post this minute, opened them straight away and the backing is already peeled away meaning they aren’t sticky AT ALL. No way they’re sticking to my shoes yet there is zero option to return or replace. Not impressed at all, do NOT buy.
