A BIG watch at a small price
The wristband is plenty big. So, if you have big wrists you will love the band. The face is big. The outer dimension is 1.75" in diameter. The actual clock face is 1.25" in diameter. The numbers are huge (.375") tall. So, if you want a big and easy-to-read watch at a great price, this will meet your demands. On the somewhat negative side, the actual time setting is strange (for me) but I am confident that in time I will get the hang of it and not need the instruction sheet that came with the watch. BTW, the watch comes in a nice box if you plan on giving this away as a gift.

Light bright, numerals clear!
I purchased this for wearing it only at night so that I could read it in the dark, in bed. It's perfect for that! The numerals and the light is exactly what I was hoping for. The numerals are clear. The light is vivid, yet no blinding, so I can read it with no problem. For my needs during the daytime, the watch is way too large and, frankly, I really don't care for the appearance of it; perhaps it's too military-like, and looks extremely inexpensive. As a child, I would have loved it! Nevertheless, it fit my requirements perfectly and I'm glad it was here for me to purchase. I would buy it again!

A good watch for athletic types who don't need a status symbol on their wrists, but the plastic window scuffs easily.
I've had this watch for several days and think it is great! I had been using a similar watch from Walmart that finally went bad after about 3 years. The problem is that, when I bought the same watch again, the band had been changed and the fitting that holds the strap down kept sliding off and the strap kept popping up - very annoying and insecure. The Readeel watch band works fine and stays put. In addition, I've taken showers with the watch and there has been no water problem. I didn't swim with it yet but it's rated at 50 meters. The watch is very easy to read and doesn't have any extraneous decorations, fake compasses or the like that some other watches have. The benefit is that the whole watch face is devoted to useful information. Thus, the numbers and letters are large. The watch functions all work great - day, date, and time are always displayed, and it is easy to toggle to stopwatch, alarm, and time-setting mode. When you press the light button at night, the display characters light up in blue - very easy to read. I have a large wrist and there are still 3 holes to spare in the band. The watch is just the right size, not overly bulky like the imitation G-Shock watch that is popular on Amazon. This watch is the real deal! I paid for this watch in full and received no benefit for this review.Unfortunately, yesterday I updated my review to indicate that the watch face scuffed easily. This was a mistake as I realized there was a thin plastic protective film over the face that could be peeled off, scuffs and all. I assume the hard plastic face will not scuff any more easily than another watch face. So I immediately restored my rating to five stars. After having this watch for several months, I've had to downgrade my review. Functionally, the watch is great. Unfortunately, the plastic window is curved and rises above the case, making it very prone to scuffing. So the window always has some scuff marks. These are easily removed with a little toothpaste and a toothbrush, but it's a nuisance. Maybe I am rougher on a watch that the average person, but the scuffs seem to occur on a regular basis. A plastic window that sits below the level of the case would be much less likely to be scuffed.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
I wanted an inexpensive watch to wear hunting and camping. I needed something with a light, and the light is perfect. It is very low level light and only lasts a few seconds. The light is easily shielded with the hand to avoid being noticed by animals. For the same reason, I wanted a black or drab finish, This watch is perfect for my application. I use the stopwatch function, but have not yet needed the alarm. I'm amazed at the features for $14.99. It's not a Rolex, but it's a simple reliable watch with adequate functions.

Cheap, gets the job done.
For the money it's a perfect watch for work. I need the time and the date, I don't care about anything else. I work retail so it's bound to get tore up, why wear something pricey. I am not looking to impress anyone at work and it gets the job done. Bonus is that the numbers are huge and easy to see. I would stay away if you have small wrists. This is one of those watches that you will have for a long time, because if you are like me all my cheap stuff lasts and my nice expensive stuff gets lost, stolen, broken, etc.

Great Watch, Weird box
I got this watch for my stepdad and it came on time but the box it was in was a really cute box for a women's watch/jewlery. I'm talking ribbon with a bow on top, hearts on the sides and top of the box, very surreal. For a minute I was afraid I had ordered the wrong product. It was ok but I had to change the box or my stepdad would be haunted by the idea that it might be a women's watch lol

A useful and highly readable ditigal watch (but short battery life).
I abandoned my Timex Weekender dial watch, in spite of its slim profile and comfortable fabric strap, because the hands were very hard to see in most light conditions.I went back to a digital watch, after years of using analog watches for EMS use (reading pulse and respiration rates), and I am glad I did.Although the watch is bulkier and has the usual awful plastic strap, it's extremely easy to read in all light conditions, has the best backlight I've ever seen (the digits light up instead of the background), and it has the advantages of an alarm clock, a stopwatch, the day and date with digital seconds, and the option of 24-hour time (which I find more useful than AM and PM indicators). The only complaint is that the labels on the four buttons are not in white as shown but black and very hard to read if you can't remember their function.Edit 5/5/16: However, the crystal cracked soon after I purchased the watch and the battery lasted less than six months. That's pretty poor performance.
