NYX Nyx cosmetics pro foundation mixer olive

This is just what I needed. Before I knew about skin with yellow or pink undertones, I always wondered why my foundation always looks ashy and too light on my face, even when I buy it after the person at the store matches and recommends the shade for me. NOW I know that it's because my skin has a yellow undertone and the foundations are too pink for me. That's when I started looking up videos and some people recommended this foundation mixer, rather than throwing away expensive foundations. I ordered it and I am thrilled that I did. I just add a drop or 2 to my Mac and IT cosmetics foundations and Voila- the foundations match my face perfectly. It's a good amount for the price too and you just need a little, so it lasts a long time. They have several shades so you could buy a light, an olive and a dark or pink shade if you wish, that way you can pretty much rest assured that no matter what the issue with your foundation color is, you can fix it. I would highly recommend this product. What a great idea by NYX.

I wish I knew about this product much earlier. I have light but VERY olive skin (I'm of European and Mexican descent). All my makeup-wearing life (~20 years), I have struggled to find foundations that are light enough AND the right undertone (usually too pink or too yellow).After yet another near miss (Body Shop Fresh Nude Foundation in Bali Vanilla) I was left with a foundation where I liked the coverage and finish, but a face that looked sallow due to being slightly too light and slightly too yellow. In my exhaustive internet research, I stumbled upon the NYX Olive Pro Foundation Mixer and am soooo glad I did. A tiny drop mixed with my Body Shop foundation leaves me with a flawless match and the best part is it doesn't change the finish of the foundation I loved.As long as NYX keeps making this product I will never be without a tube again. This is a MUST buy for other light olive skinned foundation wearers out there.

I was worried this would make my foundation orange or too dark, but it's perfect! I'm half asian half danish so my skin is very white. This mixer is lightweight and doesn't change the consistency of the foundation at all. My foundation was too light and made my face look ashy and this balances it out perfectly! I'm excited to mix more when I get more tan for summer!

NYX invented the best invention. This lets you warm up or cool the tone in your current foundstion withought having to buy another shade of foundation especially when it's an expensive bottle. Please continue to stock. This does not alter the consistency or formula of the foundation. Highly recommend!

I ordered a foundation dermacol . it was to light & has a pinkish tint to it . i order this after seeing a utube video about it . love love love it 1 tiny drop changes the color without interfering with thr foundation ..

Does the trick. A tiny drop darkens my foundation just enough to match my summer tan. I have pale olive skin and though I don't tan my face, my skin quickly darkens in the summertime. I love my NARS foundation, but it's too expensive to buy multiple shades because I don't wear makeup that often to begin with. This was an affordable solution and I'm happy with the results.

Great product! Like the other reviews, I’d have to agree that this does not change the formula of the foundation and is very lightweight. Will buy again.

I had to return this. Thought it would be good for pale olive skin, but it’s very dark.

It is great to mix with my lighter foundations when I wear fake tan. The product does its job, it darkens foundations and doesnt make the foundation look different, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Es un producto que puedes utilizar para cambiar el subtono de la base u oscurecerla, lo uso sobre todo en verano con mis bases favoritas así me ahorro comprar otro tono en verano, la llevo usando años y no cambio.

Producto súper recomendado! Original y de calidad. Yo tengo rosácea y batallo muchísimo para encontrar bases de mi color, porque además, mi tono tiene más al oliva que a lo amarillo, así que con esto, soluciono mis problemas!

Me ha gustado, puedo oscurecer mis bases de maquillaje, solo utiliza una pequeña cantidad así que creo me durará bastante, tiende al color oliva. Lo recomiendo
