Lewis N. Clark Uncharted Nylon Stuff Bag

I ordered what I thought would be the right size bag for my Army surplus sleeping bag. Guess what, I got it right!!! It's perfect, fits snug. Now I can strap it to the bottom of my back pack neatly. The bag seems to be well made. The normal quality ripstop material, with what seems to be a waterproof layer or lining on the inside, complete with a flap to pull over your items, before drawing the bag closed. This will help better protect you goods inside the bag. Since with the draw string hole at the top, it can't be called fully waterproof, but the flap helps guard against this problem. Just make sure you position the loose end of the flap upwards, so any water that hits it will run off, and not into the bag. I opted for this bag because my sleeping bag needs to stay dry. If I see any future problems, I will comment and on this review at a later date. So far, awesome bag.

I like the way it keeps my Coleman sleeping bag in a manageable carry size, but I didn't expect it to take so long to stuff my compressed sleeping bag in to the nylon carry bag. The first time I used the stuff bag I worked up a sweat trying to "fit" the bag over (what I thought was a fairly tight rolled ) sleeping bag. I chose the stuff bag based on comments from others that had purchased it for the same brand and size Coleman bag. I don' t use it enough to send it back ... but wonder if the next size up would have been easier to stuff.

This is a small bag. I looks larger in the photo. My friend wanted this bag for a sleeping bag cover, of course it was too small. She didn't check the size. Lewis N Clark is a good product, she is using this bag for other things.

I purchased the 13" x 30" size bag for this Coleman air mattress:  Coleman Premium Pillowtop QuickBed with Built-In Pump - Queen . There was no way it was EVER going to fit back in the zippered carrying case that came with it! After folding the air mattress over two times, then rolling it up, it fit in the bag perfectly with just a little room to spare. The bag is sturdy and well made. You could also fit a heavy weight sleeping bag in it.

I use this to separate the used clothes from the new clothes while on vacation. Does exactly what I need it to do.

arrived on time quality is good. I needed a new stuff sack for a tent, the old one had disappeared possibly blown away by wind. This fit my tent perfectly so it worked for me. Happy with this overall.

Overall excellent product for the cost. I've had a synthetic sleeping bag without its stuff bag for years just sitting in a box in the garage. Now that my son can fit it, I knew it was time for a bag. I honestly didn't expect a bag this inexpensive to hold up but it made one trip already without a scuff or a tear. Great product.

I bought this for my grandson to take a sleeping bag to camp. He easily stuffed the adult size sleeping bag (Mountain Trails Lindenwood--3 lb. Sleeping Bag) into this nylon stuff bag. It has a small flap on top for extra protection, although he didn't use it outdoors. Stuff the sleeping bag in, put the flap down, and cinch it up. Worked great for our needs!
