Fantasia Premium Artist Colored Pencils, Assorted Colors, Set of 36

These are great pencils. They come packed in a metal tin. The blendabilty, color intensity, and feel are all good. They are a wax based pencil with a medium hard core, not as soft as Primacolor but not as hard as say Crayola or Sargent. They blend easily and the colors are vibrant. These are my favorite pencil after my Faber-Castell Poly's. The only con is there is only 36 colors

These Fantasia pencils are just lovely! I like the creaminess and the clean colors. I loved them so much, that I bought another set to send to my grandson who loves to draw. You can't miss with these.

These pencils are nice. They have a nice lay down and pigment. If you currently use Polychromos or Pablos, these probably aren’t for you. They don’t layer as nicely. If you are tired of lead breaking, super soft pencils w wax bloom, these a a good pencil. I’ve found all the budget friendly pencils are a bit inconsistent. Not a negative in viewing the price point. There are different colors I love. Some are not even lovable.

I used the pencils before I bought them. Intrigued by the depth of the colors, the way they blend I was in awe. No smudging pastel like smoothness is dream come true, I love working with pastels and coloring pencils. My pencils came in a dent free tin container, each pencil is intact beautifully aligned. These pencils are an artist must have. And the price, well a true artist will spend money on their craft , but amazing. I would recommend getting.

Really am enjoying these pencils. They were a little harder than I am used to, I have the Derwent Inktense and they are softer than these. But learning to get used to the firm quality of this lead, they are a decent pencil. Also a great value if you want a nice set but cannot see spending the money for higher priced brands.

Better than PrismaColor Premier of Prismacolor VeriThin. The core is somewhere in between, so you can sharpen and use for thin lines and outlines or can leave more rounded for coloring larger areas. Blends beautifully

I have purchased several very expensive sets of colored pencils and NONE of them are as good as these. There is no flaking, smearing, lead breakage, etc. like every other pencil I’ve tried. The wax ratio is perfection. Please don’t stop making these!!!!

No message or email to say when delivery was occurring. Tin had not been sealed & pencils had spilled out & were knocked around during transit. Colours & texture are good but worried that every time they are needing to be sharpened they will break. This is the unknown.
