easy to remove and install unlike others and it stops the receiver rattle

Don't waste your money. Have always thought that Curt products were inferior, but thought would give this a try. It turns out my impression is correct, and they have lived up (down) to their reputation.Bought this clamp to reduce slop movement between a 2" hitch and 2 1/2" receiver with a Curt 2" to 2 1/2" sleeve. It broke on its first use.Tried to get a refund from Curt and customer service rep said it broke because I should have used a 2" clamp. Not sure how a 2" clamp will fit a 2 1/2" receiver. Wait - it won't.Will never buy anything that has the name "Curt" on it again.

Nice item….Does not fit RAM 2500.
This is a nicely built item as expected by Curt! Unfortunately this does not fit a 2020 RAM 2500. The hitch and bumper are too close together.

Not what I ordered
When ordered the first time it was the wrong item. Returned it, no problem. Ordered it againWrong again! Bought one locally and works fine.

Looks huge but fits tight
On my 2.5 inch receiver, it fits over lip just fine and stops the rattle.

Not worth the money
No tool my butt. Put on a 2 1/2 hitch and tightened nuts down as far as I could and it did not put hardly any force on the hitch. The threaded shaft going up in to the clamp end would not go up far enough because it was too long and the other side was too long also and the clamp would not even close all the way. I cut the shafts down to be able to tighten it up more and when I got it as tight as I could the hitch still rocked back and forth. We are only talking a 150 lb electric scooter lift. Not a big heavy trailer. But I guess I am out of the money because I cut it down just to see if it would even work.
