My son has multiple books to carry to school daily and needed a trolley bag. I chose this because of the price and the size. However it's a little smaller than anticipated but does the job. I love that the wheels can move up and down stairs easily. My son only started using it a couple weeks ago so will have to see how well it holds up to constant use.

Great backpack, very convenient!!!

I love the pockets and storage capacity! It can be heavy, but that’s only if the bag is full. The build it’s perfect. My son has not complained about it malfunctioning. He likes the looks. I am personally satisfied with the durability. I know how rough my son can be with his things and I haven’t noticed any wear and tear yet.

I bought this for my7 year old granddaughter. It arrived a week ago and she was very excited to receive it. Today, she returned from school with it, and we were unable to lower the handle extension back into the bottom piece. I discovered that the metal rod had a slight bend in it. It is now stuck in place, making the backpack difficult to use. She is very disappointed.

The backpack itself looks very nice and seems well made. The wheels run well too, and are designed to let you roll the bag up on the stairs. The problem is the screws that are supposed to easily open, so you can take out the wheels and use the back pack without the wheels. Unfortunately those screws are not well designed and kept opening on their own when my son had the back pack attached to the wheels on his back to go downstairs. And made the wheel slide down and out. At the end I had to glue the screws to make them fixed to the wheel. Now it is not coming out anymore but, this back pack is not convertible anymore. If you are ok with the wheels being attached all the time, then this is a good choice.

My 10 year old has had this backpack for 6 months and abuses it on a daily basis and it is still holding up well. We have had other backpacks that fell apart after only using it for a month. But this one is still going strong. No handle breaks, rips, or anything else. Would purchase this again.
