Best shoe for back and foot pain
I had Z-Coil shoes fitted to me 18 years ago from a physical therapist and they took care of excruciating back pain. I eventually wore other shoes and since I hadn't worn them for awhile, I got rid of them- thinking I wouldn't need them again. After many months of back pain and then plantar faciiatis I was desperate again- so I searched for Z-Coils and ordered a pair (gladly paying $100 more than I did 18 years ago) On Monday I could barely walk. Tuesday the shoes came and I could walk freely- I will never get rid of these again (until I get another newer pair). I'm planning to order another one in a different color. I love that the spring is covered now. I just had some young co-workers ask where I got the cool high-heeled tennis shoes.

Yup...Still good shoes.
Love the shoes. Been wearing z-coils for 10 years now. They last about 2-3 years depending. They are not for everyone, but I can walk for hours in these without foot or knee pain. The added lift takes some getting used to at first, and I can remember some muscle soreness from the change in posture right after I got them the first time, but after that they are all I wear. I even have the dress shoes.

Zcoil user for almost 18 years
I love these shoes. I am an OR RN and deal with back issues due to working in a very physically demanding role with long hours. The great thing was I use to drive a couple hours and would be fitted probably for the right shoe. Now I have to purchase online which is challenging consider the cost of the shoe. 18 years in the profession and I always go bac to this shoe it definitely helps my back issues. The coil visible is nice bit covering the coil is definitely a safer option for day to day work. New colors would be nice. But love the shoes.

Z-Coils really do elevate foot pain from planter fasciitis and are worth every cent!
Love, love, love these shoes! I have high arches and usually wear a 7.5. After reading other reviews I decided to order a size 7 in the pink and grey closed heel shoes. They fit perfect!The price seemed high but I was willing to try anything that would help relieve the plantar fasciitis I was having in my left foot. The pain was almost crippling. These shoes have made all the difference. After about two weeks of wearing only z-coils the pain was all but gone! It’s been a few months now and I’ve been wearing other shoes as well and I’m still pain free.Honest fashion disclaimer...they are a little funky. My husband calls them my 70’s disco shoes. Lol! As long as I’m wearing long pants they don’t really look any different from regular shoes. The fashion trade-off is well worth being pain free!They are worth every cent. Don’t wait another day in pain...get these shoes now and get back to pain free feet!

The Tradon I Returned ZCoil
I currently have 5 pair of ZCoil shoes and have been extremely happy with each pair. My brown pair is worn out and I wanted to try a closed coil pair. When one shoe popped after only a couple steps, and both shoes felt strange, I had to return them. They didn't feel safe to me. I'll wait for the brown shoes to come out again before I reorder.

Amazon didn't properly describe these shoes.
I ordered these shoes in navy, they arrived in light blue. They are HEAVY. I ordered the navy ones with the coil elsewhere since Amazon didn't have them. I like their looks much better, and they don't seem as heavy without the coil. With the coil, they look like platform tennis shoes, which I think looks silly. At least the coil makes them a conversation piece!

So I am glad I got them
My back no longer hurts after being on my feet all day which is huge but by the end of the day, my feet and neck are sore. That is much more tolerable than the back spasms I got before starting to wear these shoes. So I am glad I got them, even though they were pricy.

THE MOST expensive shoes that I ever bought, but, they are the best shoes for my plantar faciitus. Very sturdy and fit perfectly.
