The ingredients is pretty good , now I have been using them for a month and I can tell you when you combined big C with DNA which by the same company Rosie both and u will be surprised. My muscle is really better stronger harder and bigger. Enough said. Try it it is awesome

I normally use Kreakalyn which is a slightly different type of creatine. I tried BigC through a recommendation from a friend and because I love pretty much all the Magnum products. Unfortunately despite I drink a gallon of water a day I started cramping during my workouts while using this. I did not have this with my previous creatine products so switched back. This could be just me so listen to your body.

This product is much better than creatine ethyl ester. It contains many types of creatine which work immediately no loading like monohydrate. Noticed a difference in about a week. I'm a new customer.

Sorry if you think this creatine is different than others cheaper you are wrong. I was told by my coach that this will not retain water between the muscle and the skin it will only retain water in the muscle so they look pumped. NEah....stories. It acts just like any other powder creatine out there, the only price difference in my opinion is because it's made in pills, wich cost wise it's more expensive to produce.Peace.
