great for the price
exactly what I needed bluetooth works great but it does not show the name of the songs. also the mic for the bluetooth works pretty well also. Does not have a cd mech though so if you need one this s not for you. Has some decent audio functions but not alot but for the most part I cant complain for the money.

It works great. I have always loved Pioneer
I installed this in a boom box that I made. It works great. I have always loved Pioneer, and the sound is good, and it looks good. Very well made radio. Bluetooth also works very well.

Great Unit other than the bluetooth streaming
I wanted a Media receiver that had some good bluetooth quality so i could stream music with my phone in my commuter car. This one fit the budget and worked great.. other than the bluetooth music part..The AUX, USB, AM/FM worked flawlessly, but the bluetooth media streaming music did not, voice calls were great thoughI called pioneer and they said I probably received a defective unit, so amazon shipped me another one and the music was continuing to do the same thing... sounded like static in the speaker while it was playing.. never had this issue on another head unit in the car, also tested another Bluetooth device and it did the same thing.I just got it all squared away and am sending both units back and trying out a kenwood.. I like pioneer, but maybe it's just "you get what you pay for" If the Bluetooth streaming was higher quality like most units are I wouldn't have an issue, but the static was getting a bit much and ruining the music.EDIT: Rated a 1 star because after replacing with a kenwood head unit the issue was resolved, this model apparently is just low quality.. I paid about 10$ more for a MUCH BETTER UNIThttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0186TTQUG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Bluetooth skips when playing music
I wanted this because it had bluetooth and matched my interior light colors. I stream music via Bluetooth 99% of the time in my other two cars. I saw a review that says the Bluetooth skips and I should have listened. At least once a song, sometimes 3-4 times, it sounds like a CD skipping. It's annoying. I should have listened to the other reviews and looked somewhere else. I have the 380BT from pioneer and it is far superior and not much more money.

Make sure you're picking the one compatible with your devices
I bought this after running a Pioneer FH-X700BT, which is one of their big double DIN head units. I was fairly happy with it, but didn’t have space for it in my new car. I selected this one based in part on the color of the lights, as I prefer red light to keep my dark adaption when driving at night (hey manufacturers, stop shining blue LEDs in my face!). Unfortunately Pioneer does us no favors by giving us robot names for its product line. Rather than just getting “the red one,” I found I had ended up with a head unit focused for Android users. My phone runs iOS.So here’s what the situation looks like for an iOS user:Plugging directly into the front-facing USB port doesn’t work. You cannot operate your Apple device from the head unit’s controls like this. When paired over bluetooth, things are mostly okay. You can pause, fast forward, and skip tracks just fine. Other comparable units allow you to activate voice control by pressing and holding down on the big dial, but that won’t work here. You need to press and hold the home button on your phone. When you do this, Siri will take over your audio system and accept your voice commands as long as you have the microphone set up.The telephone feature works fine with an iPhone.Installation is as easy or difficult in any other unit. Mine slipped right into my ’06 Impreza with a Metra wiring harness and a bit of soldering. The mic’s cable is generously long, so you shouldn’t have too much trouble safely routing it into a good position.

Works somtimes...
Installed this in my 2001 Firebird, very easy to install and looked good once installed. It worked great at first but after about 1 month after installation it was ould randomly turn on and off after i started my car sometimes it wouldn’t come back on for 5-10 minutes. When it worked, it worked awesome but have to give it a low star review due to the issues it had. In the end i returned it to amazon and replace it with a different deck.

I'd buy it again
I've had this unit since November 2016 and so far, no major issues. Be aware, sometimes the Bluetooth stops working. This doesn't mean it's broken. I always unplug and replug the unit at the wiring harness. This resets the unit and works for another 6 months no issue. The mic work, just place it in an optimal location in the car. Great color scheme for driving at night.
