beyerdynamic Byron BT Bluetooth In-ear Headset

Paired a Google Pixel and using the Double Twist Media player. Audio quality is better than I expected from a $100 set, though I'm not by any means an audiophile. Call quality is also good. I also paired this set with my work laptop (HP Elitebook 840 G3) and personal laptop (Dell XPS 15) for Video conferencing (Citrix products for work and MS/Skype for personal) and they work well with that too.One gripe, but not a huge deal; the pause/resume button/function on this set is wonky and unreliable with Double Twist which is the main app I use to listen to music. Works well with in-browser video (Chrome on a Google Pixel) and the YouTube app. Haven't tried with other audio or video apps.Update, 08/12/19. Audio suddenly stopped working on the left side. No drops, or other sort of abuse. Cable started coming out of the right bud. Had to put a glob of two-part epoxy on it to keep it from separating. Pairing with the Dell.mentioned before also stopped working. This is a Dell problem since I have a hard time pairing pretty much any Bluetooth audio device, just putting it out there. They also come loose while just walking. I've tried all three sets rubber thingies as well as the wings.This is disappointing because they sounded pretty good for the price. Also, I refuse to but wired in-ear phones. The clunking sound I get through the cable while walking is annoying at best (/rant).

Generally a fan of Beyerdynamic products, but these are an exception. I own a set of Powerbeats Wireless 3 that I solely use for the gym and running because of their ability to stay firmly fixed in your ear while working out. I wanted to get a 2nd pair of wireless earphones for commuting, making calls, and just general use outside of the gym and while not using my over-the-ear headphones when I want the ultimate sound quality and comfort. Anyway, this review isn't going to focus on sound quality because that's very subjective. Instead, I'm going to focus on general features and wearability.To start with, regardless of tip size, it's impossible to keep them in your ear even when you're standing/sitting still. No matter what, they'll slide out of my ear within 30 secs and will require me to push them back in. The 2nd thing that irritates me about them is the fact that you have to hold the power button in for an extended period to turn them on, which forces you to keep your eyes on the notification light so you don't accidentally over press it and cause it to go into pairing mode. It's extremely annoying to say the least because you can't turn them on while already worn. Not the case with my Beats or any other BT headset I've used in the past. Needless to say, it doesn't audibly announce when they're on. You'll wait a second or two to hear if it has connected to your device(s). The 3rd thing that irritates me is the announced battery life indicator. It doesn't give you a percentage, but will instead announce "battery is full" or "battery is sufficient". Say what? How is that suppose to help me.The final thing I'll add is that one of the earbuds separated, so I had to superglue it back together. I had it in its pouch at the time this happened, but it was accidentally at the bottom of my work bag, so I take some of the blame, but still, they should be a bit more durable.All in all, the price is good, but I wouldn't recommend them based on the above.

They sound great but they last a year at the most. I am about to return my second pair that stopped working.

I'm very picky when it comes to headphones and hi-fi sound. I read tons of reviews all over the internet and after reading everything I could find. Most people said that the treble was too brittle, so that's what I expecting when they showed up, and they were a little brittle. The thing is though, phones these days have graphic EQ's, so you can cut the brittle high end, and once you do that, they're great. I have another set of Beyerdynamic DT770's and those headphones are some of the most comfortable and best sounding headphones I have. Beyerdynamic is an awesome brand and these in-ears represent that.

These headphones sound really good, but the cord sticks to my neck so when I turn my head they like to pull from my ears. If the cord had a sleeve or something it might be better, but the material it is made from does not slide across skin it instead grips it. If you plan to stay still these are great, if you need to turn your head a lot these headphone will enrage you.

After 6 months using these earbuds, I have to admit that these are the best sound quality earbuds I could ever buy. I mean the build quality is awesome, the length is just right, the magnet feature to wear them as a necklace. But be aware that they have a trick, I mean the plastic tips give an ok sound quality, not bad not great, but you can get their real potential by adding them a pair of Comply Tips, I bought the Comply Isolation Plus Tx-100, and the difference is abysmal, they sound amazing. I know they are expensive, but it totally worth it.Keep an eye that these earbuds aren't for running, I have another set of earbuds for that, these are more suitable for walking down the street, in the office, in a bus, or subway.Sadly, I can't give them a 5 stars just because the Bluetooth, I mean the experience is not horrible but it can be a pain in the a55, for instance when you have many devices paired at the same time, you would have to struggle with things like if they are paired with 2 devices simultaneously and the second one is playing some music you won't hear any sound, so you would have to turn them off and turn them on until the earbuds pairs the second device first, and some weird things like that.

Some of the best sounding ear buds I have used in recent years! Them being wireless is a great perk! I have weird shaped ears, as the Apple EarPods nor the Beats X/PowerBeats do NOT fit in my ears, while these do. I used the medium sized ear buds, and have a secure snug fit. Battery life is impressive, and the build quality is pretty good. Pairing over bluetooth was straight forward. Definitely recommend these.

You simply won't find a better wireless earphone for the price. The sound quality is excellent, the earpieces comfortable (although some trial and error is required to both find the most suitable size) and the battery-life admirable.I purchased these on the back of the What Hi-Fi 2017 review and I can safely say they haven't disappointed.

Estaba buscando unos auriculares BT que tuviesen la mejor calidad de sonido puesto que la tecnología BT aun está muy por debajo de la opción con cable. Después de leer muchos comentarios y ver reviews, me decidí por estos y estoy más que satisfecho con la calidad sonora. Los auriculares BT suelen tener una calidad pésima que se refleja sobre todo en unos bajos muy pronunciados que no te dejan sacar ningún matiz de los agudos y medios, sin embargo en estos todas las frecuencias están perfectamente en equilibrio.La duración de la batería es de las mejores en su categoría, con su reducido tamaño han conseguido una autonomía de unas 8 horas, es decir que a mi me dura unos 4 o 5 días para el uso que le doy.El micrófono se escucha bastante bien, aunque es cierto que no es su fuerte.Son cómodos y tienen imantados los extremos de los auriculares para colgártelos cuando no los estés usando.

These are very good earphones for the price. No regrets, though I would not post an overall in depth review but I trust enough can be found on YouTube.So product wise - highly suggested.Highlights were:1) Superb fit (Better than Bose Soundsport)2) Very good (no eq non-sense) flat response as is meant to be.3) Flat wires, no tangling non sense.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du son aussi bien dans les basses que dans les aigus ainsi que le confort des embouts en silicone qui sont très souples et tiennent bien dans les oreilles si on n'a pas choisi une taille trop petite.
