Sleeper Sofa Bed Bar Shield Queen Size

Needed it for a sofa bed and it does what it was designed for, ideal that it folds up and can be kept with the sofa bed when retracted to the sofa position

Does help some but doesn't cover entire frame. Also it is very awkward trying to put it under the mattress and also to remove it. It took a LONG time for the order to be fullfilled but they billed my card quickly.

It helps make the bars a little less prominent, but not as much as I would like.

Only used it once for guests who stayed over and it worked really well. A good tip is to store the bar shield folded lengthwise underneath the seat cushions when the sofa sleeper is not in use. Doing this gives extra support to the couch cushions when using it just as a couch and is a convenient place to store the bars.

I intially wrote a 5 star review for this product after trying it for just one day. A few months later and I see this barely helps. It makes a difference but you can still feel the bar and your back is completely dipping into the mattress. Idk. It's a risky purchase for such a high price. I would try something stiffer. The wood is too thin. And it folds. If it was thicker and all in one piece it would work better. Of course it won't fold conviently but who cares. You don't want to destroy your back do you? I do not recommend this.

Have not used it yet. Was smaller than I thought.

This item exceeded my expectations and brought new life to an old sleep sofa. Responsiveness of business to my need for early delivery was well appreciated.

I had hoped for better support. The board improved the sofa bed just a little.
