Booms Fishing T02 Heavy Duty Fishing Lanyard for Fishing Tools/Rods/Paddles

The product is nice quality, unfortunately I got one lanyard that was incorrectly crimped. I really did love the product so I called the company directly and showed them photos of the defect. They sent me brand new items and kept in close contact during the purchase. BEST customer service I've seen in a long time. That alone makes me willing to buy more of their products.The actual lanyard is definitely of HIGH quality and the clasps are very robust.Booms is great. Lanyard is just as great!!Nick Gilbey handled my claim and I want to thank him very much for all his work over such a small item!!

Strong, sturdy, does the job and being stainless steel should last a long time on my boat. My only issue is the small size of the clips. It's not easy to tell from the photo's on the product page that they are so small with an opening barely a 1/4 inch wide. They won't fit through the hole in the handle of my Bite Fishing Tackle pliers so I had to add a small key ring and then clip them to that. It works but not the ideal. Had I known this I would've looked for something with a larger opening clip. Still I'm happy with them and don't feel the need to replace or return them.

Sturdy, nice colors, cleanly manufactured.Yes it does retract when stretched.One note though ... in the winter the stretched coil will only retract when warmed up. Inside pocket or something like that.I did try two of these as a powder-leash when skiing. So the slow retraction after stretch was a problem and this application was not appropriate.Then again - they were not made for this purpose, so no complaint here.In all - good price for good quality.

These are solid and sturdy bungee type long lanyards. I use them for each item that I store in front of me on my kayak ... I shove them under the front covered part of my "Sit In" kayak and attached the sturdy clasp to a para cord that I installed. When I need one of the dry bags I just pull it out by pulling on the lanyard .... works great!

I use these to clip tools to my metal detecting belt and they work great! It's too easy to leave the pinpointer behind and they are too expensive to risk that happening. The clips are super solid and the cable is long enough for anything I need to reach while being small enough when coiled to never be in my way. The color is great too!

I have the plastic/rubber lanyards for my knife and plier but wasn't about to trust its strength to hold my 30# Boga grip, especially if I drop it with a fish on it.. This has metal wire inside the clear plastic wrap and the ends are crimpped with metal, which looks very strong. The clip is also heavy duty and has a secure closure. Best lanyard Ive seen and great quality. Glad I picked up the 4 pack.

Good quality, but a little short for using for tools snaps are small for attaching to kayak hull rings. I added screw together rings to be more secure to connect to fishing tools. Snaps are too small to go thru fishing pliers and lip grabber.

I got two to protect my jigging rod from some unexpected monster in a 12 HRS deep sea trip. However, we did not face any big monster that day. Will try next time.
