Exactly what it advertises
Excellent, sturdy rail. Had to get a different type of screw to be able to install it on the kayak, but other than that it was perfect.

Good gear tracks
Got two of these for my older Jackson Coosa. Made my own backing plates from 3/16”x1” aluminum stock. Made a could have “needle studs” to pull the backing plates into place.

Excellent, smart track.
This is the perfect gear track for kayaks that do not have a flush surface. I have an Old Town Vapor, which does not have any flat surfaces, so I got the 12" SpectraLite, hoping that I could attach my YakAttack CellBlok to it. The SpectraLite is flexible, but sturdy enough to secure the Cellblock. A great purchase.I covered my seven GearTrac screws with G/Flex epoxy, and it's a perfect, waterproof seal.

good track to mount the fish finder on the jon boat
this will work to mount the fish finder on the jon boat, I have a trac on the other boat so I can use the unit on both boats. they are a little pricey but everything is getting that way now days. this should work out great, don't plan to have the transducer in the water at high speeds

Pricey for what you get. But works.
The rail was perfect for my application. Cut it in half to serve as camera mounts for my kayak. The cons are it was very pricey for what you get. Will not be buying any more of it. I own a 3D printer and can print all I need.

Nice
Nice value for the price and as good as the more expensive brands.

May need different screws.
The trac was the correct size, but I need pointed screws to install it in my Crescent Crew kayak.
