Exactly as per the sellers description and pics. Easy to use. No plastic taste while smoking. Temp easy to adjust. Unit doesnt get overly hot on the high temp. Auto switches off after 5minsHighly reccomend, and i would buy again.Only thing i dont like is the magnetic top, but thats just a personnal preference. The top does stay in place as it should.The box said it contained a bag... but that was missing.. but not a biggy.

Bought two of these. Both stopped working within a month.

I'm on medical cannabis and iv tried so many to find 1 that is quick to heat but more important it has a massive big holder , ,It also fits in your hand with out sticking out to much ,comes with cleaning wire,

There are various reasons why this is so good - compared to others.The mouthpiece is magnetic so no trouble removing and replacing.The chamber is white ceramic which is very easy to clean - and to see it's clean.The mouthpiece dismantles so that the "tar" from the herb is easily cleaned off with surgical spirit.The large battery heats up quickly and vaporises the herb extremely efficiently.It's a little more expensive but well worth it.

Stopped working after about two weeks

Reasonable for the price while it worked - but suddenly started giving 8 flashes of the light (in red) and shutting down immediately after powering up.It is charging, but refuses to function. No error list shown in the tiny 'manual', no manufacturer contact details . . .

works a treat. bigger bowl is good as well as the fast heat up. better than rest i've tried

Didn’t do nothing but burn the herb very fast. Rubbish!!!
