Oohlong Market, Cement Tea Pot Planter

This is really cute but not for planting. I thought this would be much larger that 4" since there was mention of 9" in the dimensions. I was going to make this "pot" the center of attention in one of my plant beds. Poor little thing could be lost among any plants in the bed.
