Works great on stairs. It did not work well on my couch.

Not the greatest.
As soon as I try and get hair off my living room furniture the sound was like nails on a chalkboard and no dog hair moved. I felt like I was going to rip my sofa instead of just trying to get dog hair off. Lint rollers work better than this machine and that's saying something since we all know it's almost impossible getting dog hair out of cushions.

Pulled the fabric on the first thing I tried it on and sent it back! Waste of money.

I love it!
The media could not be loaded. It works extremely well and very easy to use. I’ve only used it on carpet. So I’m not sure if it works on cloth. But the product is also lightweight and is made from good material. I highly recommend!

Doesn't work as well as claimed and can easily cause damage. Use carefully.

great product
Just what I needed to get dog hair off the carpet of my stairs. It is so surprising how much it gets out of the fibers. Easy to use too. I would not use it on my fabric couch because it is a little rough on the fabric but on the carpet it is exactly what i needed.
