I had high hopes for this auto curler. The first time I used it, my stick straight hair looked great! I had a full head of bouncy, wonderful curls that lasted for days. Even though it is extremely heavy to hold and it literally took hours to curl my shoulder length hair (due to the tiny, small pieces of hair you have to use in order to get the curls), I was willing to spend the time and energy to get the results.The third time I used it, it stopped working when I was about 3/4 done. Since I was almost done, I used my regular curling iron to finish and went on my way. However, the next time I went to use it, it wouldn't turn on at all.I tried it a couple more times and nothing, so I sent it back.If it hadn't stopped working, I would have given it 4 stars due to its weight and the exorbitant amount of time it took to get the results I wanted.Pros:* Beautiful, professional-looking curls* The curls lasted days, even on my stick straight hair* It not only added curls but it also added body.Cons* There are no directions to speak of. You're on your own trying to figure out exactly how to use it.* It is EXTREMELY heavy and after a while, hard to hold and use.* You have to use such a small amount of hair, in order to get the curls, that it takes hours to achieve the results.* It was hit or miss to use... would stop working before I was done* Stopped working altogether. No matter what I tried, it never turned back on again.It's a great concept, and I was truly disappointed when it quit working.

Do NOT buy if you live in the United States! It doesn't come with a US plug even though it says US plug on the box. So now I have to buy an adapter to be able to try to use the UK/European plug on the end.

My item arrived as scheduled (took a few weeks because it was from overseas) the seller stayed in close contact with me the entire time.When t he curler arrived my granddaughter and I played w/it it and had so much fun. Her hair zipped right through it. & curled immediately. I had to play around with the direction of the curls and had to wait ten seconds for mine, but it curled and did not take any effort at all. I will be buying a couple more for Christmas gifts this year.

This is the first hair curler that has actually curled my hair to where they stayed all day!

It did make awesome curls. But it states saves you time using this and It took me forever to curl all my hair which is very long and medium thickness.It much faster using a wand !! I returned it.

WOW!!!!!! What an amazing and unique took!!! I used it on my short "purple" hair, my best friend's blonde hair, my child's hair, and our aunt Cindy's long long beautiful hair!!! And holy F%*&! Its beyond perfect, works fast, awesome steamed curls, does not have that "burnt hair smell" This is my 2019 best bit. All of my family want one!

Bought this as a gift for my wife, she absolutely loves it. Fairly self explanatory use, and she claims this keeps her hair curlier longer than her normal curling iron.

The steam setting did not work. The button was on and water was in the reservoir. Without the steam, the curls were not consistent and my hair smells like burnt hair (even though I didn't actually burn any). I followed the directions that came with the unit even though I've used my sisters more expensive name brand steam curler. Could be that I got a lemon but I don't want to try it again.
