These are amazing but do not pay this price! You can get it for$23 at Walmart or jet.com. Two of these will calm my severe anxiety/panic attacks without messing with doctors and prescriptions. Life saver

Waste of money

Did not work ,you are better off with just some real good kava kava, it actually works unlike this expensive stuff. Go to reddit and search up good kava vendors and you can find some really good vendors.
